Lovely hotel in Pakse, with very good location near cafes, restaurants, embankment and motorental agencies - city center for sure. There are all necessary amenities in the room: toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, water and mini bar in case you need smth. Sheets and towels are white, cleaning is very good, wi-fi works also ok and AC located good, you will not die of freezin๐
The best thing in the hotel is the staff! I thanks a lot - they are super friendly and kind, good people and could help you in case you ask ๐ค
If you will choose Standard room, it is better to ask for 4th floor- the window there more bigger (room 407). I also stayed in 506, it is the same, but the window is one one and narrow.
The rooftop is very cool, during the rain it covered, i think the sunset there is perfect, unfortunately had no chance to visit.
The breakfast is good, everything you need you could find: omelette, fruits, fresh milk, bread, different jams, pate, and other things i suppose people eat for breakfast.
So, i highly recommend this hotel! ๐ค

In the same size city as the small town of Base, this Sengoalang is already the top of the local area. Although I can't complain about ๐๐๐, according to the national conditions of Laos, third world countries, we can't have requirements, hahahahaha...because there are requirements and it doesn't help...People are on that condition. ...One person at the front desk can speak English, and the others speak Thai (~ can translate software to wait, signal 2-3G... Hahaha... often disconnected the network... Don't say it... Hahaha... Make up for it yourself ๐

Good hotel near the centre and the airport, we spent one night there. Good facilities, somewhat old rooms but clean and spacious with smart TV and cable channels... friendly staff. On the top floor there is a terrace with a good atmosphere and good views to have a beer at a good price. The only drawback is that we got a room near the lift and you could hear it opening and closing but I would stay there again.

The room is normal, like a three-star hotel in China, with an elevator up and down, and a swimming pool on the top floor, which is pretty good. Pakse is the only way to Wat Phu Temple. The weather is very hot. Be careful to prevent heatstroke. The breakfast is also OK.

In the city center, very close to the bus station and several markets. There is a fast food stall at the door every afternoon at 5pm. Business is very good. Many people drive here to buy food. I have tried both Chinese and Laotian food. They are all delicious.

The hotel is easy to locate on Google maps, a square of the main street, takes attention 24hs, to parking space, offers extra washing services and motorbike rental, the receptionist is very friendly, service, It should only improve your English, helped us get a taxi for the airport. The room is large, with basic facilities, shampoo, soap, water bottles (day), white towels, closet,air/con, acceptable WiFi, that if the smell of the bathroom was something strong. It is recalled that you leave 100000.00 LAK as security deposit (about $4.62) And return it to your check out.

Very well-equipped hotel.
Friendly staff and very nice, high-quality rooms.
During our stay, some renovations were underway. Therefore, the room floor was a bit dirty when we arrived.
This was fixed immediately after we were informed!
The breakfast buffet is also worth mentioning.
It is very extensive and of good quality.
We would definitely stay again!
