"The rooms are good and comfortable, the location is good, and the buffet breakfast is delicious. However, there were two days with a terrible breakfast. The à la carte selection felt insufficient, and asking for refills was very difficult and even getting extra fried eggs was a hassle. If breakfast isn't included in the room price, it shouldn't be offered as a complimentary option. I recommend improving this aspect."

"A hotel tucked away in a remote part of the city. The wooden floors and walls are very nice, and there’s a great balcony that spans several rooms. The staff was extremely attentive—they helped find and quickly arrange a replacement for items that had been taken at the border. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Recommended!"

"Basic hotel. Pretty clean. Bed was comfortable. Some rooms have a great territorial view but beware, you may be walking up 4 flights of stairs with your luggage and its hot!"
Nakhone champa Hotel
"Room is a good size, 20/25 minute walk to the centre. They have services such at motorbike rental and laundry, however motorbike rental in the city centre is half the price and the laundry is cheaper 5 minutes up the road. Bad drain smell in bathroom and shower takes a long time to drain, causing flooding in the bathroom when you use it, but shower is powerful and hot. Bath mat heavily stained and was brown instead of white and pillows also stained. Lots of ants in bathroom on arrival and when room was cleaned towels were taken but not replaced. Had to wait 30 minutes for new towels when coming back in the evening which wasn’t ideal as we wanted to shower. On final night large cockroach came out of wardrobe, notified reception who came and dealt with immediately and sprayed room with cockroach repellent. Had to leave room for 15 minutes due to smell, when we returned second large cockroach was in the room. Hotel advised could not change room because hotel was full. Last night sleep was not great experience due to smell of bug repellent and the fact we had this pest issue."

"100%. Well done to all the team and the work you put in to make this hotel stand out. You put other hotels to shame. Room was not ready when we arrived, then the next room had new paint smell, so they put us in the next room up. Lovely room, oh my the bed was so comfy and the pillows excellent. Big showr and bathroom, air con good, fridge and free water was nice. very helpful staff. I was not expecting much fanfair for breakfast but wow was i put in my place. Nice selection for most tastes. Best of all the price and quality 10/10. Will be back in a few weeks on my return overland trip. Also note massive car park secure. And a nice pool did not go in it, but hopefully next tine. If you are in Pakse you can not go wrong with this hotel. Stayed for reference 15 May 2026."
