"The hotel gave me an amazing entrance, magnificent lobby, but 5mins later they made us wait for almost an hour to check in saying that they couldn’t find our reservation. They told us to have a sit multiple times wait for them to cum out the reservation, while we were exhausted from a long bus ride to Pakse(btw, such a horrible terrible miserable city). They’d only pay good attention to the well represented. But after checking in, realizing the check in time on trip.com isn’t aligned with their own check in time schedule, the hotel was an amazing resting place with international TV, nice bathroom and pool outdoors. In such a dirty city like Pakse, we have a better stay because of the nice hotel. Just one last little tip for the hotel, recruit people who speak good English please."

"Good stay here, the rooms were simple but very clean. Our private room did share the one bathroom with quite a few others so was a bit difficult to navigate, but the group bathrooms were a short walk away in the other building so not too bad. Breakfast was simple but nice to have the option."

"The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Pub Street, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants, juice bars, and ice cream shops. The rooms are super spacious; even with a large group, they don't feel crowded or messy, remaining orderly and clean. Each room has two bathrooms, which is especially convenient. The front desk staff speaks excellent English, are very professional and nice, and patiently answer and resolve any questions. Every staff member is great; it's a hostel with a wonderful atmosphere. The lobby is just like a hotel lobby. They offer tours to Tonle Sap Lake and serve Khmer cuisine, making it very convenient to enjoy buffets and Khmer dance performances. They also book bus tickets to various destinations. I stayed here for 7 days in Siem Reap, and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to all the staff!"

"Super clean rooms, very nice breakfast and superb food. But the host she is probably the most friendly and helpful woman in this world. Once arrived there I got infected with Dengue fever and ended up in the hospital for a week. She brought me food and drinks 3 times a day and helped me with translation and transport for my entire stay at the hospital, all free of charge. I can not thank her enough for what she did to me as she was the light in a very difficult period. I would highly recommend this place and whenever I am back in Pakse, there will be only 1 hotel I will stay in. Thank you so much for everything!!!!!!!"

But as soon as the door opened, all doubts vanished! I was greeted by such a pleasant and sociable man that the feeling of mild stress instantly gave way to the feeling of visiting good friends. And the morning truly confirmed this feeling! I met the other staff members—they were wonderful, kind people. They prepared a delicious breakfast, helped me call a taxi, and easily booked a moped for me. This place was memorable not so much for its external trappings, but for the incredible warmth of the staff, who would do anything for their guests!"
