Araiya Palampur

Araiya is the perfect hotel if you want to get away from it all and have some peace and quiet or if you want to explore the area and return to a comfortable, even luxurious hotel at the end of your day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is also a positive - it is far away up in the hills and reached by driving endless perilous winding mountain roads. But it also means you find yourself in paradise when you get there. The service is exceptional and special mention must be made of Ravi and the chef of the Araiya restaurant. They all spoke good English and were there for any request we had. There are abundant delicious dishes on the menu; a pool; bar; and an excellent spa. In fact we had the best massages we have ever had. The place is spotlessly clean, the rooms are huge, and everything seems new and is well-maintained. Enjoy the breathtaking surroundings and tranquility while you unwind.

The best hospitality that I have even seen in the town itself! The staff is too humble and polite! The one name that I would like to mention is Mr Puneet Kumar! He is one *** army! Just like a Ginny, he appears from anywhere with the best service possible! Puneet is always there, be it anything! Also, the bar guy vipul! He is too good ***! Humble, polite, talented! I had an amazing experience at araiya!

Araiya Palampur is located in a quiet and serene location facing the might Himalayas. I visited the resort with my wife for a relax evening and ended up staying there for a night. Property - Beautiful location, neat and clean, extremely well maintained. Though not spread over a huge area but every inch of the resort is well planned and caters towards a comfortable stay. Staff - Humble and welcoming. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout our visit, every interaction was marked by genuine care and professionalism. I would like to make a special mention of Ashish Sharma (evening ***ager), Anshul Sharma and Shashi Kapoor who helped us with smooth checkin and facilitated towards our comfortable stay. Spa - Extremely professional and warm staff (special mention of Ritu and Poonam). You will feel an ambiance of tranquility and relaxation from the moment you step in. Felt pampered and left rejuvenated and relaxed. Food - Breakfast buffet spread was decent and tasteful. Compliments to staff and chef to cater to our requirements in no time. Overall restaurant and food experience great as the view co****sates for anything short of expectation. Point for consideration for resort - We were offered 20% off for spa services (couple full body massage) at reception. We decided to take foot massages because of arm injury and as per suggestion of staff at spa. However, no discount was given on total bill as the reception staff conveyed that discount was only for couple full body massage. Overall excellent stay.

It is one of the best places to relish with your friends and family. It provides a tranquil environment with panaromic beauty. The resort has its own set of beautiful gardens ***** with a stress free spa and yoga sessions which adds to your mental wellness . A must visit place with your loved ones .

Nestled amidst the breathtaking Himalayan scenery, Aariya Resort Palampur offered an unparalleled retreat. From waking up to mountain views to indulging in exquisite dining under the starlit sky, every moment was magical. The impeccable service and luxurious amenities made me feel truly pampered. Leaving was difficult, but the memories of this unforgettable stay will forever stay close to my heart.

From the most relaxing and amazing views to the very attentive staff, Araiya Palampur is an exceptional vacation destination. They treat you like royalty from the point of entry to when you are leaving. The villas are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Thank you to the chefs for making delicious food and to all the staff for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic Family Lunch at Ariaya, Palampur. We recently enjoyed a wonderful family lunch at Ariaya in Palampur. Puneet, the restaurant ***ager, ***** with Amit, Rajat the F&B service team, provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food was delicious, and the ambiance was charming. We had a great time and highly recommend Ariaya for a memorable dining experience.
