Staff there provide excellent service and proactive offer assistance. They are polite and happy everyday. 5 star for their enthusiasm. Hotel is beautiful and occupy own privacy. Closed to every tourist spot.

The location is good, just a 10-minute walk from the terminal, and the facilities, which were renovated from a fortress, are good, and the managers are especially friendly.
The location itself is so far from Korea that it would be difficult to come here unless it was for a special occasion, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I would like to stay there again.
The only downside is that the pipes may have been clogged and the water in the shower room was drained out at the right time, resulting in high humidity throughout the room. Instead, there is an ondol (floor heating system) near the bathroom, which is difficult to find in Europe.

It's only a five- to six-minute walk from the train station and is very convenient for travel. The staff are also very friendly and the room facilities are all up to date. I'm very satisfied.

Loved our stay! Staff especially Paoblo were amazing, always willing to help and books restaurants or transfers. Well located within walking distance to all sites and a square with plenty of bars and restaurants just outside. Breakfast was a good selection. Our room was on the smaller side, ok for us but others may not like. Pool and garden areas are lovely 😍

Highly recommend this small boutique hotel.
What a wonderful experience. The hotel is tucked away in a lovely part of Palermo, easy access to many interesting places the train station and there are a number of fantastic restaurants that come to life in the evening. The staff at the hotel were courteous, professional, helpful and polite. The hotel itself is an oasis of calm. I would highly recommend.

The hotel itself is excellent. You feel like you are in a true oasis. However the immediate area around isn’t that great. During the day we felt safe to walk around. However at night it is a bit sketchy and the garbage from buildings kept piling up. Even knowing this. I truly loved the place.

This is a beautiful oasis once you enter the property. The staff is excellent. Paolo and everyone is so accommodating. Loved the feeling in this hotel. The only little issue is it seems okay to walk around during the day. However in the evening we always took taxis who end up charging you whatever they feel like
