"Rooms are big and clean. Pool is not great but nicly located at top floor. What I really fid nit like is how they handle luggage storage. It’s kept in open room close to reception theoretically reception watches over it but when i came to pick up my luggage stuff at front desk was overwhelmed with guests and just walked in took my stuff no questions asked (and people in reception weee different shift that did not know me, so ai would not be v supportive if anyone could walk in and take your luggage)"

"Terrible treatment of customers. We booked there by booking 2 nights. We had a late flight to Palermo. I let know about it to the owner. First he told me that it will cost more for late check in. I was ok. Then he changed his mind and told me that we can come next day at 10 o clock's am. I said ok I will come next day. Next day at 9 am. he canceled my reservation. I was without place to sleep and money. Owner told me that it’s his apartment and his rules. I don’t recommend this place to sleep."
