"Overall, everything was excellent. The pool was fantastic, and breakfast was very good with plenty of options. The rooms were also quite decent. However, the location wasn't ideal. We always had to take a scooter to get into the city, and relied on a taxi to the train station for our arrival and departure. Taxis were quite expensive."

"The location is simply perfect – right next to the train station and the intercity bus stop! They gave us a better room than we booked, for which we are especially grateful! The cleaning wasn't great, of course, and there were a few odd issues, like a sagging floor and water leaking from the balcony when it rained. BUT, we didn't find these issues critical, as the convenient location and spacious room, plus the very attractive price (even with breakfast included), all made up for these minor issues. The breakfast, by the way, was quite good by Italian standards. If we returned to Palermo, we would probably stay here again. Thank you!"

"When we did the check in, two young lady and gentleman at reception were friendly, which made us feel welcome. However, we had a plane to get and booked a shuttle to airport at 3:30am, the brown guy who charged at night was SUPER RUDE AND MEAN. He dropped one of the breakfast bags (he saw me already took one suitcase and a handbag, but still gave me three breakfast packs). The yogurt was broken and he said nothing but left. I said thanks when we finished the check out and he said nothings. I think the hotel needs to train your employee and TEACH HIM WHAT IS THE MANNER."

"The hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of a vibrant and elegant neighborhood, surrounded by fine bars and restaurants, as well as luxury boutiques. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean; the bedding, like the linens, was of high quality, ensuring excellent comfort. Hygiene was impeccable. The welcome was particularly warm: the entire team was friendly, attentive, and always available to meet guests' needs. The hotel's real highlight is the rooftop, where breakfast is served in a pleasant setting. It's also an ideal spot at the end of the day to enjoy an aperitif as the sun sets. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I wasn't able to try the spa. Nevertheless, I have excellent memories of my stay at this hotel, which I recommend without hesitation."

"The hotel is located by the sea, but the surrounding environment is rather chaotic. Homeless people constantly roam the parking lot, harassing guests who park there! The rooms are quite basic, only equivalent to a three-star standard."

"Do not book!! Worst experience ever. After a 24 h train ride, pregnant and tired we arrived to the b&b where we booked and got the check in time confirmed by the owner. They let us know that the room wasn’t ready and we agreed to go out for breakfast in the meantime. Before we could even leave, the owner started fighting with me about my alleged attitude when I tried to explain im just pregnant and tired. His wife came in out the blue telling me im not the only pregnant women in the world and that I need to “behave”. He then proceeded to chase me out to the elevator, shouting and screaming at me, making ****** remarks because “his house, his rules”. We basically got attacked and threatened at this place. Ive never felt so violated before. Be safe!!!"

"We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise."
