As we extended our stay in Palermo a number of times we had the opportunity to try three of the Ponticello apartments. There are about 7 apartments in the small complex. Before we arrived, the communication from Cristina was top rate. We arrived late at night but we had no problem accessing the apartment. The apartment was modern, bright and really clean with all the facilities needed for our stay. We had a comfortable sitting room, separate kitchen and a very nice bedroom. The shower was excellent and the towels really soft and new. Although the apartments are only a few metres from the busy Maqueda street, they were really quiet. The location could not be better as you are only a short distance from any attraction in the historical district. Cristina gave us recommendations for morning coffee, breakfast and dinner along with where we might go for day trips. The location is less than 10 minutes walk to the bus and train station and is safe. We would like to compliment Cristina and indeed Salam who were really helpful and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Palermo is a really interesting city to explore and if travelling there again, we would not hesitate to stay in the Ponticello apartments.

We stayed in two apartments here, both of which were very clean and inviting. The staff were all extremely friendly and went above and beyond providing plenty of helpful information; including PDFs of places to eat, bus timetables and opening times of places to visit in the city. They also recommended where to rent a car locally which was extremely reasonable priced. An added bonus is that it’s situated within 10 minutes of everything including the Cathedral and train stations We would definitely stay again in future & recommend it to any friends planning a visit

Un posto consigliabilissimo per un soggiorno a Palermo Centrale ma allo stesso tempo tranquillo alla sera Abbiamo avuto la stanza con la cucina separata e i tre balconcini che ci hanno permesso di fare colazione al sole Ottimo restauro , tutto pulitissimo e funzionante a partire dai contatti con Cristina e con il prezioso Salem che sono sempre gentili e disponibilissimi Bravi!

Nuovissimo appartamento nel cuore di Palermo. Curato in ogni dettaglio e pulitissimo. Comodo per visitare l'intero centro storico. Cristina e Nino, i proprietari, e l'aiuto Salam, sono molto attenti, disponibili e gentili. Assolutamente consigliato!

Dal 6 all'8 Giugno ho alloggiato al Ponticello Apartments con un gruppo di amici. Appartamenti grandi, luminosi, super accessoriati, confortevoli, nuovi, pulitissimi. Sono stata benissimo, siamo stati benissimo. La posizione della struttura è semplicemente perfetta: in pieno centro storico, Ponticello Apartments si trova nel mandamento dell'Albergheria, cuore dell'antico quartiere ebraico, a pochi metri da via Maqueda e Corso Vittorio Emanuele, a pochi passi da tutte le maggiori attrazioni storiche ed architettoniche della città di Palermo. E, seppur centralissimo, il palazzetto si affaccia su una stradina tranquilla e silenziosa. Cristina e Nino, proprietari della struttura, meritano un ringraziamento particolare: ci hanno dedicato un'accoglienza straordinaria, attenta in ogni dettaglio. Sono l'esempio della più bella gioventù palermitana, preparati, colti, gentili, disponibili, pieni di vita. Essi curano con grande dedizione i loro spazi con l'aiuto di Salam, un collaboratore discreto e puntuale, al quale va il nostro ringraziamento. Menzione speciale per il servizio di Transfer aeroportuale che Ponticello Apartments ci ha dedicato: macchine perfette, nuove, performanti, ed operatori straordinari, primo tra tutti il bravissimo Mirko. Grazie, Ponticello Apartments. E' stata una vacanza indimenticabile. Torneremo molto presto!

Posizione ottimale nel centro storico di Palermo. A piedi si possono raggiungere i principali luoghi di interesse da visitare. La signora Cristina, colei che gestisce gli appartamenti , di una gentilezza e preparazione unica. Pulizia dell’appartamento impeccabile. Arredamenti tutto nuovo. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Wann immer sie zu Fuß die Stadt erforschen wollen, besteht die perfekte Lage zu wohnen. Ein super schönes, einfaches Apartment aber alles vorhanden. Das Bad ist mit einer ganz modernen Dusche ausgestattet Toilette und bitte. Der Wohnraum/Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Trotzdem es mitten in der Altstadt Zeit, ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur empfehlen und kommen immer wieder hier her.

Appartamento di recente ristrutturazione nel pieno centro di Palermo, vicino alle attrazioni più rappresentative della città tra cui il Mercato Ballaró e Piazza Pretoria. L’appartamento era confortevole, pulito e dotato del necessario. Molto premurosa e disponibile la proprietaria Cristina, sempre pronta a dare consigli e aiutarti per ogni cosa. Prezioso il suo collaboratore Salam. Potrei tornare volentieri al Ponticello in futuro. Grazie
