Excellent experience, staff were kind, enough breakfast rich, unique sin there is not so much choice for lactose intolerance, only cooked and marmelade feet! The rooms are quite clean, the towels are replaced every day!

Great experience, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel definitely needs updating and general maintenance but despite this it remains a good alternative to visit the center of Palermo.

A good option for a chain hotel, you get everything you expect from Ibis. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is decent, including wonderful desserts It's a 15-20 minute walk to the city center, there are restaurants nearby, including a pedestrian street. But we didn't find any grocery stores We left early for the airport, we received a lunchbox with breakfast to go

The hotel has its climate-beautiful decor. Very good location-everywhere you can walk, to the main attractions of the city, to the center, to the restaurant. Watch out for the micro-lift - something else. Breakfast very good - a large selection of sweet snacks (typically Italian) but there is also baked raisins and cheese. For me this Hotel is a shot at 10. I recommend

The location is very good, just opposite the opera house, the balcony faces the square, even after 12 o'clock in the evening, it is still very lively downstairs. You can walk to various attractions, and there is a pedestrian shopping street downstairs across the square. Valet parking service is provided. Except for the small room, everything else is fine. The breakfast is very rich.

Read the fineprint and everything will be perfect. I texted a day ahead what my travel itinerary was. Gianlucca was there to welcome me. He made sure I knew everything I needed to know and more! He showed me what to see and where to go! With this insight I m’ve seen a lot of the city. Got a list of restaurants and such, and all the recommended places were amazing.

Wonderful guess house with nice bathtub, in a nice quote building, it was easy to go around and have nice shopping and restaurants around, will recommanded

Very good location in the city!

Very central but still quiet location, easy access to cars, Vallet parking 25/Nacht, works best.  Rooms “old style” with tape, all a little flat, bright, very good checkin/out

Fantastic location the hotel is in the center you can get around Palermo on foot. As for the hotel, I can say that we didn't sleep the first night because we were assigned a room on the first floor and the area below is also pedestrian, the noise didn't let us rest. They changed our room to one on the second floor but inside it is smaller and we solved it. Breakfast was not included so I can't rate the hotel staff as friendly enough. I would stay here again just for the location
