Place is a very good value. Pool, hot tub, large tv with good channels, great breakfast with omlett station, and 2 free drinks with light snacks at the evening reception. Albertsons and Starbucks next door. Place is dated with older decor and fixtures. Bed is firm yet comfortable. We enjoyed it and will come back.

The nice lady who checked me in gave me a vague description of where I should park to best access my room. I attempted to get clarification but she motioned as if it was common knowledge where I should go. So, it shouldn't be too surprising that I parked in the wrong place, but didn't realize this until after I had unloaded my luggage. After loading my car back up and re-parking, I was disappointed by the overall appearance of the property. As soon as you get through the southeast security gate, the property looks rather run down and outdated. Some areas looked fine. The elevator floor had old, blue duct tape on the ground attempting to hold together who knows what. That was unsightly and surprising. My first room was ok, aside from the large stain near the refrigerator area. However, I had to change rooms since there was a loud rumble coming from one of the vents that would prevent a good night sleep. When I called the front desk to express my concern, the front desk knew exactly what I was talking about and offered to have me switch rooms. The second room was quiet and comfortable, although I could not get the shower hot enough. While the breakfast is advertised as cook to order (if I recall the wording correctly), that service is not available when they open, or even soon thereafter. There was a sign that suggested an omelet could be ordered at a certain spot in the dining area but no one was there to take the order. The other food offerings were good.

What I didn’t like was the ac. It was not working well and kept the room at a constant 76 degree even though Ive set the temperature to 50 degrees. Staff tried to fix the issue, but it was never resolved.

My wife and I enjoyed the suite the breakfast was the best ever we had your staff was very helpful

Older property, needed some repairs. The room was dusty and dirty. The best part of our stay was the omelette bar.

Room heater and phone didn’t work. Bathroom light not bright enough. Side gate left unlocked as card keys didn’t work. Breakfast was great. Beds were comfortable. Check in and out was quick and easy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Property condition was undesirable, not clean. Dining tables very dirty, hallways . We had many inconveniences with room and cleaning services. Spoke to new manager and he tried to make it right, so hopefully things will change because area and facilities is great but hotel needs cleanliness and better service experience
