房間乾淨衞生 天台景色很好 但是游泳池比較小 前台工作人員態度很好 這邊的酒店到店都需要在付款城市税 100多人名幣 房間內不提供水 拖鞋 牙刷等 位置很好 樓下有超市公交站不太遠 居民生活氣很足 價格略貴 不過感受上比美利亞好 畢竟美利亞更貴附近有葯粧店 還做公交去吃了超好吃的中餐（店名casa Li） 需要注意的是這邊衹有一個被單蓋 如果怕冷提前要被子 （枕頭床太軟了我不喜歡）

酒店離開老城10分鐘，酒店不大，房間很有特色，餐飲很不錯，價格也美麗，很多當地人來用餐。服務非常好。

第一天沒有打掃房間衞生：我出去了整個一下午，大概4:00多回酒店，看到服務員在打掃隔壁房間。結果等到5:30還沒有過來打掃，我就打電話給前台，服務員來了説打掃的話人要離開房間，我説那我等下6:00要出去，她説她6:00下班了。我無語了，我出去整個一下午你不來打掃，結果我人回來，你説要離開房間才能打掃。第二天，我大概晚上九點多到酒店，房間是打掃了，但是浴巾沒有更換，真的是火氣很大，一晚2千多的酒店，這***什麼服務，連一個打掃房間都要讓**心。

Really nice hotel in a great, central area of Palma, a short walk from the shopping and restaurant centre of the city. Staff were very friendly and helpful and everything good value.

A fantastic 4 night trip to Mallorca
A perfect city hotel staying in Palma. Great location, excellent breakfast, nice and well cleaned, all personal showed highest level of service. I definitely recommend this hotel.
