My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel. It’s a peaceful oasis in the middle of the heart of Old Town Palma. We stayed in one of the suites which was absolutely gorgeous and had a stunning view down a tight street. The staff was exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful, and super accessible. You also get a complimentary access to their beach club in Palma where the staff and experience were equally amazing (you do still need to hit a spend minimum which will come easy, as we stayed at the beach club for 5 hours). When we come back, we will 100% stay here again. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Like the Benidorm TV series! Despite paid / confirmed reservation months in advance we were told on arrival we were in wrong hotel and should be in their sister hotel! Statements made in public so embarrassing and humiliating. Marched to adjacent hotel and told to be happy because we were getting a bigger room! Complained and they eventually allocated us room 16 - a duplex room with a sleep disrupting droning noise and steel / long staircase in the room (avoid if you are not fit!). Didn't resolve any issues satisfactorly, just constant stream apologies. Special anniversary / birthday stay ruined by hotel. My formal complaint has been lodged with Hotel leaders.

We stayed at Puro Grand Hotel for one night on our honeymoon, and it was perfect from start to finish. Maykon greeted us so warmly and made us feel instantly welcome. The staff went above and beyond — giving us a tour of the hotel and surprising us with a beautiful basket of Mallorcan delicacies. The hotel itself is super cute, chic, and full of charm, making the whole experience even more special. Exceptional service, kind people, and a truly memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Well, Palma was love at first sight but Puro definitely made it GRAND. Located in the delightful maze of lanes in the now considerably upscale Old Town, the hotel was the perfect base for my week stay in this gorgeous city. An atmosphere of quiet charm pervades this historic building, which was obviously a royal private residence in the past. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom spacious and the little extras like a welcoming drink and daily chocolates much appreciated. But above all, it was the staff that truly made an impression on me. Camila, Luciano, Natalia and Anna at reception were always friendly and helpful. And Gabriela in the dining room was a delight. I shall definitely return, hopefully in the near future.

The Puro Grand is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Superbly decorated, a chilled atmosphere and only 16 bedrooms. Lovely courtyard with Olive trees to have a drink or food in. The hotel is well positioned for the cities main sights. Bedroom was a good size with everything you could ever need. The breakfast could be a la carte or help your self from the buffet, plenty of choice. Cava available with breakfast too! Staff were very helpful and attentive without being overbearing. I’m sure we will return.

We stayed 4 nights at Puro Grand in Palma to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and honestly, it couldn’t have been better. When we arrived, there was a bottle of champagne waiting in the room — such a nice touch! The à la carte breakfast was fantastic every morning, and the rooftop is just perfect to chill out with a mojito (or two). We also did a couple’s massage and came out feeling like new, it was amazing. Everything in general was just great — staff, vibe, location… The room was a bit small, but super pretty and cozy, so it didn’t really matter. Totally recommend it, we had an unforgettable stay!

Lovely hotel - a very pretty mix of old and new buildings in the middle of Palma old town. Delicious breakfast and a nice restaurant. The staff is friendly, helpfull and very competent. Close to good restaurants and fine shopping - a lot of culture and galleries near by. We have been here several times and we will be back again.
