Very old hotel with average service

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

The room was nice and the service was very good. So can the surroundings.

Comfortable place with north american chain style standards. A/c worked well, comfortable bed, wifi could stream Netflix. Lacked the extras like a coffee maker in room, fridge, a 24 hr convenience store is next door, and it's an easy walk to a popular restaurant *****, subway, grocery, dollar store

The room I stayed in (300) is beside the pool and there is some pump that makes a sound like a water cooler makes after you fill a glass with water and then the bubbles bubble up in the cylinder, except this sound is on a giant scale.

Principe was a great choice for a couple of single night stays in Panama City. Great price for a comfy bed, and it’s a good location to wander and go to some good restaurants. The pool is a nice bonus.

The hotel was very good overall, especially for the price-quality ratio, what was a little bad was the internet.

Close to metro, great restaurants and parks.

This experience was not what I was expecting, the rooms do not have refrigerators. We had to change rooms after checking in because our first room AC was not working. Our second room bathroom faucet was clogged as soon as we got in. The rooms are clean and the staff were welcoming and helpful but my overall experience was not a good one.

I will be visiting again .

The parts I didn’t like, the phone was not connected. I couldn’t call the front desk. They didn’t have ice dispensers.

The WiFi is horrible but I suspected that would be the case.
