Teníamos la habitación con balcón y vista al lago, y es lo que más nos gustó del alojamiento, todo muy hermoso, bien cuidado y limpio. La ubicación está a unas cuadras de camino de ripio, pero es una cosa por la otra, ya que hay que alej**** un poco del lago para poder tener una vista increíble. La entrada al hotel podría estar mejor preparada para vehículos que son bajos.

Cuando llegué el hotel había cancelado mi reserva y sin avisarme. Al menos contaban con un refugio de menos precio y menos categoría que el reservado ya que comparten el sitio con otra empresa de camping, sin toallas y sin radio y sin TV (pero con estufa al menos), que se pudo pagar sólo con transferencia (ya que dicho refugio sólo permitía ese medio). Ese hecho opacó todo lo lindo del lugar, al menos uno espera una llamada previa antes que cancelen la habitación elegida. El lugar, precioso frente al lago. El desayuno (que tuve que pagar a parte porque no lo incluía el refugio) también estaba exquisito y bueno. El personal demasiado amable, sobretodo Jennifer, que es muy amorosa, que gestionó muy bien el caso que provocó la cancelación arbitraria. En general la gente se comportó muy bien, fue sólo ese impás con la habitación. Además, el lugar está rodeado de animalitos y me hice amigo del Wiskas, un precioso gatito que cuidan en el lugar.
