Overall a positive surprise for Holiday Inn express.
The room not too small
Very clean ans facility good maintained
Check in a little challenge due to lack of basic English speaking ability of staff.
Breakfast selection ok, but nearly everything cold. Pitty.
Price vs. Value good.

Very nice and helpful (English speaking) staff.
The room was okay but a bit aged - maybe it needs a renovation during next time - but it had a good bed and for this price it is absolutely okay.
The breakfast was good and tasty. There were different choices and good food quality.
I would always prefer Holiday Inn Express instead of a “normal” Holiday In - because it haa better quality. Same in Panjin, where I tried both hotels.

特別差的一次住店體驗 ，這樣的連鎖大品牌太令人失望了！
首先，十一帶孩子出門看到酒店詳情介紹裏有小童遊樂區，結果到店後説取消了沒有！沒有你倒是把宣傳圖片撤下來啊！
然後，進到房間後，也沒有照片中房間乾淨敞亮 ，衞生狀況極差 小孩子在地毯上跑兩趟腳底板都是黑的！咱就是説地毯清洗機沒有嗎？吸塵器沒有嘛？白天也沒有見保潔攜帶吸塵器打掃房間。
再然後，就是酒店的淋雨噴頭是壞的！給孩子洗澡一開水四處嘩嘩呲水！除了孩子沒洗着，不該洗的都濕了！我睡衣都淋濕了，帶娃的都能理解我當時崩潰的心情！打了客服電話，及時來換了個新的。
最後就是酒店早餐，一點也不好吃！看着花樣不少，品質很差，最後就吃了個雞蛋麪包粥。
總之 ，就這個品牌來講，這個店拖後腿了！再也不見！

商務出行，多次選擇入住，就是顧客最好的滿意回覆。酒店地理位置明顯，市中心處，地下停車場免費停車方便。酒店年輕的服務員非常熱情周到，素質較高。房間乾淨，物品齊全，室温舒適。早餐符合星級酒店標準，樣式較多

床頭燈接觸不良，地毯有污漬，尤其是房間隔音實在是無力吐槽了。要是正巧趕上隔壁嗓門大點的睡覺晚點的，一家人關係不太融洽的，那就換一家酒店吧。
