This hotel is my love i love the friendly people there

I forgot to take my bag in the hotel when I left, contacted the hotel to say come back to pick it up, and the hotel told me that I couldn't find it, which is very regrettable!

Club lounge services are first class. Especially Gillers and Leo who gave us a detailed introduction of the lounge. The atmosphere and foods are delicious. Very fresh Normandy oysters and other kind of foods meet your every kind of taste. We will surely book this club room again when we travel to Paris.

The hotel is fantastic very beautiful in one of the best locations from Paris The only problem is the hotel staff I feel the service is very bad. Bar service & Restaurant service I feel the hotel need to improve

Great location for shopping and for walking to restaurants of great ratings! I especially enjoyed the rich selection at breakfast buffet at Cafe de la Paix of the Intercontinental Hotel! I would definitely come back to this hotel!!!

I booked the Opera view Balcony room for 4 days and it was awesome. Wish the hotel have a Opera view Balcony type for suit tho.

The lounge was very nice and had a wide range of options, including breakfast and afternoon tea. The room with a view of the Opera House was nice and clean.

The location is very good, just opposite the opera house, and the transportation is quite convenient. It takes only five minutes to walk to Galeries Lafayette. The hotel itself is an old building. The room is not big but full of style, and I like the color matching. And it was very considerate to put a welcome page with my name on the TV screen. Breakfast is at Peace Cafe, which is beautiful and the food is OK. I even saw steamed buns haha. The cost performance is also a relatively high star hotel, recommended.

InterContinental Hotel always maintains a high level of service, the hotel facilities are first-class, the rooms are very comfortable and quiet. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a one or two minute walk to the Paris Opera House and the subway station. Recommended stay experience 😊

The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby and cafe are in Rococo style, and the walls are covered with works by French Impressionist painters. The room is not big, but I booked a balcony room. You can see the Galeries Lafayette shopping mall when you walk to the balcony, so the location is excellent. The Paris Opera House is also next door; the croissants for breakfast are particularly delicious; the seafood at Peace Cafe is very good and the service is also very good👍

Didn’t actually see the opera scene! Everything else is great! You can't get out of the balcony, it's locked and you can only open a small gap, and you have to pay extra. The price is really unfair! The services are very good and very welcoming!

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient. You can walk to the main attractions. The area is relatively safe. The location of the hotel is also suitable for checking in and taking photos. The scenery on the terrace is already very good.
