Except that it is a little closer to the Eiffel Tower and a little closer to Metro Line 8, there are no other advantages. I booked a double room with a big bed. The room is very small. The bathing place is too small to move. There is no shelf for bathing things. Girls with long hair don’t want it. I washed my hair, the curtains didn’t cover the sun, and the heating wasn’t hot enough. The French were quite chatty. The phone at the front desk never stopped. I asked for a map for 3 days and it still didn’t kill me. I didn’t want to stop! The person who recommended you come out and promise not to hit you

Nicest most helpful staff. Fabulous location. Room clean. Beautiful view. Tiny elevator and tricky narrow steps to get to room. Room small but cozy. Shower in bath a bit of a leg up to get into. Fresh clean towels. Very comfortable bed. Nice basic breakfast. Supermarket two minutes away.

Clean comfortable but small room. Nice and helpful stuff. View of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Very close Eiffel Tower and other tourist attractions. Can’t wait to come back. Easy check-in and out process. Breakfast is provided however I’m not sure if it was free or not.

Wish I had read the reviews before booking, issue with the booking and when I tried to resolve it all I got was no you can’t do that well your website let me so………Very blunt and rude Avoid the hotel stay somewhere else plenty of hotels cheaper and with much better service

It was my first time in Paris. All was amazing. Good hotel location, only 5 min by walk from metro. Room with Eiffel Tower view. And also 5 minutes by walk to tower. Room was small, clean and nice. Thank you guys. Will definitely recommend your hotel to my friends.

Great view, received an upgrade when I arrived, so I had the view of the Eiffel Tower from my room. Room was small, but nice. Bathroom was small. Excellent location, only 5 mins walk to the Tower and the Siene. Staff were really friendly and lots of information about things to do in the area. Easy access to lots of Cafe, Bars and Restaurants from the Hotel

Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view at an additional cost, but upon arrival, we found you could barely see the tip of the tower—and only if you leaned awkwardly. Worse, the room had bedbugs, so we requested to be moved. The receptionist on the first day was helpful, promptly arranging a room change and assuring us we'd be refunded the 80 euros difference for the "view" we didn’t receive. However, every day after that, a different receptionist was at the desk, none of whom knew about the refund, and after months of contacting the hotel, I still haven't received it. Additionally, the replacement room was disappointing: the ceiling fan was so unstable we feared it might fall, so we couldn’t use it; tap water dripped constantly in the bathroom, and overall, the room's condition was below expectations. The only real positive was the central location and the friendly receptionist who tried to help on the first day. But given the lack of follow-through and the room issues, I can’t recommend this hotel for the price.
