I tried to reserve online a room at this hotel for my spouse. My credit card was constantly declined, without explanation. I even called my bank, who could find no record. I tried more than twenty times to reach the reception, never an answer. Finally, I called ***********. It turns out that the credit card used for payment must be that of the person staying. Fine - although absolutely not standard. When I was called back by somebody from Voltaire, he barely spoke French, was extremely rude, and basically hung up on me before I could even attempt to give him my partner's card.

We havent stayed here but requested to change our dates as eurostar had a strike. We have received no reply to emails, they never answer the phone. The customer service is beyond disgraceful really! We stil had to pay a deposit of over 150 pounds even though never stayed there and seriously would've expected better from a hotel.

Small hotel in the 1st arrondissement. Very small, whether it is the entrance hall or the rooms. For my part, a room on the 5th floor (elevator). Although small, well equipped and comfortable. A double bed (good bedding), TV, kettle, bathroom with toiletries, WC, shower, hair dryer. Small wardrobe. No air conditioning, you get hot quickly in Paris. Very calm. Own. Average price. Petite entrée d'hôtel qui n'est pas très engageante, mais réceptionniste sympathique. Malheureusement, l'expérience de l'ascenseur minuscule (prévu pour 3 personnes, je ne sais pas comment on peut y entrer à 3!) et l'arrivée à l'étage présage de la suite. Odeur fétide de moisissure et de renfermé en pénétrant dans la chambre exiguë, tout comme la salle de bain. Quelques efforts sont à souligner quant à l'équipement disponible: sèche cheveux, fer à repasser, mais il est regrettable qu'il n'y ait eu qu'un seul oreiller. Petit déjeuner tout juste correct. Je souligne que le personnel a été agréable.

Nous avons passé qu'une seule nuit et tout était parfait ; l'accueil, la propreté, la décoration, le petit déjeuner. Du point de vue qualité prix, rien à dire. je recommande ce petit hôtel très sympa. J'ai téléphoné plusieurs fois dans la journée pour avoir divers renseignements et mes différents interlocuteurs ont toujours été à l'écoute et ont répondu avec amabilité. Très bonne prestation pour ce petit hôtel sans aucune prétention mais qui vaut le coût de s'y arrêter.

Après une discussion assez lunaire avec la dame de l'accueil, nous prenons l'ascenseur (difficile d'y rentrer à 2) pour monter dans notre chambre qui est au 4ème étage. La chambre est assez petite et semble être figée dans les années 60 côté décoration. Comme l'impression d'être venu dormir chez ma grand mère. Idem pour la salle de douche qui n'est pas très grande. Tout est propre et la literie est confortable. Nous n'avons pas testé le petit déjeuner. L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques pas de la station de métro. Le rapport qualité prix est correct.

Boa localização, com acessibilidade, limpo , porém muito escuro , muito barulho dos bares vizinhos , com papel parede cansativo ( em 3D) . E ao passar o cartão de crédito para pagamento, na tentativa dizia que não havia aceitado a senha , tentei por 3 x , pois tenho certeza da senha , mas foi recusado , depois ao telefonar para o gerente do banco, foi dito que não havia tentativa e nem cancelamento de senha , ou seja , paguei com dinheiro e não havia necessidade. Perdemos celular no percurso do hotel até aeroporto e ninguém atendeu o telefone para informações.
