Entire ground floor is under renovation, got woken up in the morning as workers started doing building works. Apartment looks old and not clean. Lift is so small that I had to make 3 trips up and down with our luggage. Booked for 3, but sofa bed was not comfortable. There are many other more value for money places with so many other hotels in the same area at similar prices.

Entire ground floor was under renovation with broken tiles, electrical wiring hanigng from the walls that you would have to walk through. No communications about this was given, my mother sufered an astma attack from needing to walk past this to get to the apartments. Workers started cutting metal which disturbed us at 815am on weekdays. Aprtment was old and had a damp smell. After being charged for cleaning prices, hotels around the area offers a much better value at similar costs. Go to another place for a peace of mind and enjoyable holiday. Customer service only apologised for not giving prior notice. No compensation despite the fradulent pictures with no mention of the renovation works. Was so bad, I had to find other accomodation elsewhere.

We stayed here at the end of April myself and my family. 6 of us in total. The apartment claims to sleep 6 but it is very cramped. Would be much better suited to a 4 person. The apartment is on the 6th floor and you have to climb the stairs to get to it. If you have any mobility issues this is not the ideal place to stay. In relation to the property itself, it was clean and tidy. A little dated. The location was good, there is a supermarket a few doors down and it was only about a 10-15 minute walk away to the Lourve museum. It's a short underground ride to the Eiffle Tower and other main attractions. Paris is a beautiful city with lots of culture, but if I was to go back I wouldn't stay at these apartments again.
