GGuest UserI would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me ... she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice ... ( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless)
She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did me a favour by giving me time
Thank you Jennifer and house keeping
Also I want to thank the language boy I dont know his name but he bring my grocery to my room
Really 10 out 10 in customer service
Regarding the cons
The hotel is good for 1 night as a business purpose
They have outside parking not in door (( in winter is good but not in summer)

RRomanEverything was good. Unfortunately, I had noisy neighbors who were playing music late at night. I had to go down to the reception and ask them to resolve the issue, and about 20 minutes later the music stopped

GGuest UserIt was amazing the staff is super friendly especially thanks for Rami who was very welcoming and caring to all the guests the room is spacious et more importantly quiet and confortable with no issue like I didn’t sleep that well for such a long time and I can not thank you enough for that the food is fresh healthy not salty and tasty they give generous portions the service in the restaurant is really good while in Dubai the service and quality are going downhill I was pleased to see that in this hotel the standard of service is still high the manager of the restaurant is always smiling and trying to help you can feel that they really care

GGuest UserIt is a good establishment to sleep: location close to everything, there are rooms with a beautiful view, the facilities are correct. The hotel definitely needs a refresh but its current state corresponds perfectly to the quality/price ratio. The staff is very helpful and friendly but they are not enough which lengthens the processing time of requests. In short, if you are looking for an establishment just to be able to rest at night after a busy day outside, this is a good deal. Otherwise, there are 5* neighbors next door.
