Ravinder’s croissants were simply outstanding and easily comparable to those from a quality European pâtisserie. A special mention also to Vinay, Gautham, Abbi, Ricardo, and Divya, who consistently went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Whether it was remembering preferences, adding a personal touch, maintaining high standards, or making everything run smoothly, their genuine care and attention did not go unnoticed. I did not pay for that as a n addition - I believe his name is Rafael, I spotted him a few times huddling with staff in different areas, but the conversation just looked casual not formal.. this is the reason for my score of 3 for service it would be 5 had I not seen the manager I would like to commend the [Russian] staff in cafe naseem, both at reception and floor runner - the floor runner took my special drinks request and had it prepared by the chef - she is always seen smiling - she should be promoted - Disha in first floor lounge was very warm and welcoming and made sure my elderly mother was taken care of whilst I was away"
