GGuest Userupreme Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Every detail from the room to the warmth of the staff reflected exceptional hospitality. The sea view was breathtaking, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast spread offered a perfect balance of local and international choices and tested absolutely amazing.
What made my stay stand out most was the professionalism and friendliness of the team. They were always ready to help, whether with local recommendations or arranging small touches that made me feel valued as a guest. I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. If I can add more stars I would 😀

GGuest UserThe service was good, the receptionist, staff and manager were very helpful during our stay. the facilities was clean, room were cleaned and tidied daily, different options of meal and styles of cooking at breakfast each day which we loved very much however the lunch meal was changed each day so if you are looking to have lunch at the hotel during your stay you wouldn't have much of an option. Also i would have appreciated a notice about the kids club and activities not available at certain time of the year as that was the main reason i chose Marbella.
