"This hotel is extremely clean, the receptionist Elba was very helpful, she was very attentive to our needs. Breakfast was included with our stay, there was a lot of variety, even for the fussy eaters. The beach was just over the bridge. I would definitely recommend this hotel. My only advice is that it was difficult for us to find using google maps. We drove around for about twenty minutes. Perhaps better signs on the road side would help. Overall this was a fantastic hotel."

"The hotel is new and very beautiful and the location is great- very near the sea, front of the sea. The room was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed, you can find beach towels also for free. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very big buffet and restaurant. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also duringth the stay, they recommendedus a lot of places to visit in Albania. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if Im back in Albania"

"This spring, I booked a six-night stay at this hotel for September (traveling alone). Everything seemed fine at first. In August, I suddenly received a notification saying that my credit card was no longer valid. I re-entered the exact same card details, but the very next day my reservation was canceled without giving me the opportunity to update my payment method or resolve the issue. The most surprising part is that my bank card is perfectly valid. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that there were no issues with the card. I also made another six-night hotel reservation this spring using the same card, and it was accepted without any problems. I contacted the hotel's customer support by email and also tried calling, but unfortunately no one responded. It is very disappointing to have such a negative experience with this hotel. I cannot recommend it. My vacation has not even started yet, but the negative experience began before my trip even began."
