Skanderbeg Resort ★★★★★
"we stayed for 5 nights as a couple and overall we’d give it 7/10. the hotel is modern, well decorated and generally very clean. rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning and WiFi. the private beach and pool were both great too - always plenty of sunbeds, sandy beach and clean sea. our biggest disappointment was the all inclusive. the food tasted nice but there were only around 8 options and they barely changed, so we ended up eating out most of the time. branded spirits and soft drinks were included, but cocktails cost extra. staff were friendly throughout. the only negative was arriving at 5am to find reception closed, so we had to bang on the windows to get someone’s attention. a few other things to note: * no tea/coffee facilities in the room. * toiletries weren’t always restocked and the bottles are tiny. overall, this feels more like a boutique hotel that’s trying to do all inclusive, rather than a true all-inclusive resort. we’d happily stay again, but we’d definitely book bed & breakfast next time and make the most of the local restaurants."

"Best hotel in area. The restorant is one of the best in town with wonderful sea food and great salads. Also the rooms are very clean and the staff is amazing. The view from our room was spectacoular.. the pool is amazing......................"
Hotel Bella Vista ★★★
"Nice hotel and beautiful serenity but the noise from traffic outside is too much and prevents sleep especially at night despite closing blinds, windows and doors. We got our room swapped for this reason but still didn’t block the noise. Noisy environment not for light sleepers like me."
Flower Hotel & Resort ★★★★
"32 Days at Flower Hotel – A Stay to Remember We spent a total of 32 days at Flower Hotel, across 3 different stays during July and August. It was truly one of the most beautiful and enjoyable holidays we have ever had. This was our 3rd consecutive time coming back, and once again, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I cannot leave without mentioning the reception team, who were always attentive to our requests and ready to help whenever we needed them. The service staff were also incredibly kind and caring, always making us feel like we were part of the family. A special appreciation goes to the kitchen staff, who delighted us every day with the delicious food and variety at the buffet. I also cannot leave out the housekeeping team, who took great care of our room every single day and made sure everything was always clean and in perfect order. And of course, a very special thank you to Ms. Erinda, who paid attention to every detail and did everything possible to make sure our stay at the hotel was as perfect as possible. Without hesitation, we would like to congratulate the owners on having such a wonderful hotel and an amazing team. After spending 32 days here, we can honestly say that we had a truly great experience and are leaving with nothing but beautiful memories. We will definitely be coming back again! ❤️ With respect, Gazmir & Fetie Sino Tirana, Albania"
Kalpazo Kaja Vila Garden ★★
"It has absolutely nothing to do with the commune. It looks close to the sea, but it's very far away, and it's ridiculous. No matter how many days you stay, they asked for 5 euros a day for tourist fees and beach access, as if they were right on the beach. I didn't pay. You only pay the tourist fee once, not for every day you stay. I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm telling those who are going, please be careful."
Comfort Suites ★★★
"I was there with my family and i like so much. The rooms are very clean and so comfortable. The view by the window are so amazing. I was in the jacus room and it was so relaxing. The comfort staf was very friendly and walcoming . The food was so delicious"
Olivia's Hill Resort ★★★★
"The staff are super nice and helpful, really nice room too, would recommend!"

"Feedback Following Our Recent Stay Dear Management team, I tried to enjoy the stay but there were items that were very unprofessionally done. In our toom the TV was on NO signal were i reported it 3 times and then i gave up. Bathroom mirror light was not working with wires coming out from behind the mirror which were dangers. In the room there was no rack were you put the luggage we have to put it on the floor and we need to neel on the floor get out our items from my luggage (a person of 62 year old). We were at the 2 second floor and smell of rubbish was coming from the lifts shafts and from the stairs mostly all 6 days in the hotel. Food was Good but it need to get better with better training. I could see in a particular days the team was driven well and in order other days everything with the flow. At the entrance there is a pool on the left side but when you swim or walk in it pool bed tiles come out and missing this is very unprofessional work of upkeep. THe main pool which is the most centre of attraction which is nice and good they never hover the pool floor, when move in it you can feel the dust gravel under your feet. Waiters in the bars in some days were so exposited working for long hours in the hot environment staff cant stay for long time in such conditions. Pool floor deck needs high attention in the main whole they got tiles broken and not leveled you can easily get an accident. Wifi in the pool areas were not all supported and in the areas that were reached the banquet of internet was low. I work in hospitality and to improved your standards the management team need to go to the table and start working in the areas to get better and more profenialy. Serving the clients is not an easy job but there this that can make you all better and in higher standard. I'm not saying that everything was wrong but to get high level the management team need to work on several areas as i mentioned. I am not write this to make you feel bad but you have a wonderful place but with the new competitions around you can lose the market and the clients so start making yourself better and all staff work in teams with good strategy and results. At the end I don't need any compensation but its can help you be better. Regards, Grech (CEO in hospitality) I will not upload photos I don't want any harm. But I you need to seen on what i was referring I will send these to the management only."
Gloria Palace Hotel & Spa
"We booked a vacation at this hotel for June 2024 based on the reviews. Upon arrival, no one met us with the transfer, so we had to walk about 500 meters with our luggage to the hotel, assuming you can find the way. There was a long line at the reception desk, and only one staff member was checking in over 15 people in line. During check-in, we were informed that the next day we would have to pay an additional 20+ € tax per room for a seven-day stay. The room was quite comfortable but very small, with a limited number of sockets. The bathroom had only liquid soap and two towels, which were very worn out. Cleaning was at a very poor level, and there was a constant sewage smell in the room. But the worst part was the service and the food. The food was monotonous, tasteless, and got worse every day: cold, overcooked, rubbery, and under-seasoned. The bar didn’t help either, as the selection was very limited: water, beer, wine, and a few types of local spirits. For non-alcoholic drinks, only water from dispensers in the restaurant, mineral water at the bar, and three types of artificial juices were available. These juices tasted even worse than they looked. There was one coffee machine for the entire hotel, which constantly had long lines, and the coffee tasted more like chicory. For fruits, the first few days we had only apples and oranges, later occasionally cherries and watermelon appeared. Breakfasts included four types of unsavory scrambled eggs, horrible sausages, and cereals. Lunches were a couple of types of pasta, soups, and rice. The meat and fish were horribly prepared, and the salads seemed to be leftovers from the previous day. Dinners were almost the same as lunches, just without soups. In the All-Inclusive restaurant, the staff behaved inappropriately, approaching girls with personal conversations. After politely asking them to respect personal space, stalking and then ignoring began. The staff liked to lecture the guests, including bartenders, receptionists, and cleaners. It felt like you were not a hotel guest but a child in a summer camp with unpleasant counselors. Bringing food and drinks to the rooms is prohibited, with fines ranging from 50 to 100 €. At the beach bar, everything is for an additional fee. To drink water on the beach, you have to get dressed and go back to the hotel. Moreover, the hotel infrastructure leaves much to be desired. The pool is very small and located in the dining area. Poolside spots are sold to guests from outside the hotel. Internet is also poor - Wi-Fiwith a good connection is available only in the lobby. If you plan to work or stay connected, this will be a problem. Overall, our stay at the Gloria Palace Hotel was very disappointing, and we do not recommend it for a visit."
Klajdi Resort & Spa
"Rooms are great and spacious. Great location and a nice beach. As a well traveled person (and family) - there’s some things that needs to be addressed, that I would have liked to know myself. And yes, of course everything was brought to the attention of the staff (we tried to): - The english knowledge is really bad amongst the majority of the staff. Simple requests were difficult to get proper answers to. This really needs to improve. The restaurant manager (?) though was great in both speaking english and general service. - Guests reserving sunbeds with their towels early mornings. The hotel needs staff removing towels so that the ones actually present in the morning are able to get sunbeds. It’s a terrible and selfish act of guests that obviously needs staff making rules for them. After 4 of the staff tried understanding/helping us with the questions about people reserving all the beds - then a mother told the staff to give us one of hers sunbeds (we didn’t know the language and what was communicated). After that she was clearly irritated at us and it felt uncomfortable staying next to her, but we felt we had stay to since the staff had somewhat helped us to get beds. What they should have done instead was to remove unattended towels.. - The all inclusive is OK-. The beach bar as an example has soft drinks - but the coca cola etc. probably was 90% water. Would not recommend. I am also used to beach bars at All-inclusive resorts having ice cream for the kids, and also other snacks opportunities. - This being a beachfront hotel, I want to respect the sign that says not to wear bikinis/bathing suits in the reception area, but when the reception is right next to the entrance to the pool and elevator from the rooms I think this makes it difficult and really unpractical. The reception should have been located in the big entrance area away from the pool?? — We went to the roof top area on one of our first days. We asked if we could just see the sunset even though it is a VIP area. The staff told us that it is not a VIP area. I asked them again three times to make sure and if we also would be able to use the swimming pool during the day. The staff answered «of course». We therefore promised our kids to swim there for a short time (30 minutes) our last day before departure. We then got asked to leave because it was a VIP area. Disappointed kids. - The bar in the pier has great potential. Would recommend them starting a snack bar there and not only drinks. It would be a perfect place for lunch/snacks when at the beach."

Hotel Onufri
"FOREWORD (regarding hotel reviews in Albania): This hotel was one of three I stayed at during a tour of Albania. The hotels were pre-booked; I didn't choose them myself, so I don't know the actual nightly rates. I only received the hotel list from the tour operator shortly before the trip. The package included daily breakfast. When I don't book a package holiday, I generally book accommodations without meals. The trip took place outside of peak season. During this time, hotels often rely on bookings from tour groups, signing contracts and negotiating special package rates with tour operators. As a result, a hotel often only hosts groups from one tour operator. The tour operator I traveled with is known for its comparatively lower prices. Hotels adjust to this, especially regarding costs and revenues; consequently, they adjust the food offerings (breakfast/dinner buffet), attempting to "save" money by offering less variety and lower quality (including a lot of convenience food). ========== LOCATION: Secluded in the more tranquil district of Golem. Close to the main road. You can faintly hear cars humming in the distance, but thankfully the windows and balconies face away from the road. About a 10-minute walk to the sea. The surrounding area consists of plenty of building land on the one hand, and several construction sites that are either already started or have been abandoned on the other. There are also several completed apartment buildings, but during my stay, almost all of them were empty: either all the blinds were drawn, or there were lights on in two or three windows in the evening. It's more lively further down towards the sea. It will certainly be even busier when the high season arrives. Many travel brochures often describe such places as "up-and-coming tourist destinations." Many of the hotels there are also not operating, presumably because it's not peak season. This is more profitable for businesses like the Onufri, which has contracts with certain tour operators to ensure planning security (including finding seasonal workers). It's rather dimly lit at night; as a woman, I wouldn't walk around there alone. Especially since there are also quite a few stray (though mostly harmless) dogs. There are three supermarkets on the "food strip" near the beach, which are open during the off-season. I didn't see any designated parking spaces directly at the hotel, but parking on the street shouldn't be a problem, as no one checks. SERVICE/FACILITIES: The hotel appears to be renovated both inside and out and is in good condition. The rooms are also in good condition. The reception was friendly, and overall, the seasonal staff from the Philippines (from reception to service to the cook!) were friendly – despite the long working days. Otherwise, the hotel owner himself is bustling around from morning till night, along with one or two other local staff members (including...)."
Grand VM Conference & SPA
"V Grand hotelu VM jsme s manželem strávili 8 dnů a byli jsme víc než spokojení. Moderní, dobře vybavený hotel, všude bylo čisto, personál byl velmi příjemný vždy ochotný pomoci. Naprosto skvělá byla hotelová restaurace – příjemné prostředí, každý den obrovská nabídka pokrmů (mořské plody, ryby, běžné maso, zelenina čerstvá, tepelně upravená, nakládaná, mnoho různých salátů, pomazánek, ovoce čerstvé i kompoty, všechny možné přílohy, sladké i slané pokrmy). Dle své chuti i preferencí si mohl vybrat naprosto každý. Together with my husband we spent 8 days at the Grand Hotel VM, and we were more than happy. A modern, well-equipped hotel, all areas of the hotel were tidy and clean. The hotel staff were very pleasant, always willing to help. The hotel's restaurant was absolutely brilliant - a pleasant setting, a huge menu of dishes every day (seafood, fish, regular meat, fresh vegetables, cooked vegetables, pickled vegetables, many different salads, spreads, fresh and compote fruits, all sorts of attachments, sweet and salty dishes). To their taste and preferences, absolutely everyone could choose. There were several dispensers in the hotel where everyone could tap their drinking water. In and out of the restaurant (on the beach and by the pool) there were bars offering soft and alcoholic drinks and very good coffee. The hotel also included the so-called "Water world" - Several pools (for children and adults), many water features and attractions for children (various slides, toboggans, fun showers), entertaining programs for children and adults were provided by young animators. The hotel was not situated right by the beach"
Akropoli Hotel
"Just home from 5 nights, this is 45 mins from airport and about 40 euros The hotel was very cheap and u get what u pay for, but it was clean and comfy just very dated The pool area was nice , next door to a supermarket and minutes from the beach and restaurants, just the loos wasn’t cleaned the whole time , the toilet roll was in the bin all week and the fact u can’t flush it made it even worse We also had a bit of problem with the owner who we had asked to keep the room on as had a late flight was told yes gave 70 euros to then on our last day be told he wanted us out of the room even tho we had paid an extra night They have no clue how long your staying and use no paperwork or details to check So was bit upset on this as we felt very uncomfortable being rushed out of our room Other than that it was a nice break for what we paid Would definitely return to Albania just not this hotel"

Hotel Elesio
"We highly recommend this place—it's clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. We had a great time there. We only had breakfast included in our stay, but we also ate at the hotel restaurant, which we rate very highly as well. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, offering typical resort infrastructure. It’s about an hour's taxi ride from Tirana airport. The sea water is relatively warm. Near the shore, it looks a bit like the Baltic Sea, just saltier. The water isn't as crystal clear as the beaches in Croatia, for example, but the beach is sandy and very safe for children, as the water stays shallow for a long distance. Sunbeds on the hotel beach are free for guests. On the downside: There is some seaweed floating in the water and occasional trash, although the beach itself is kept clean. Outside the resort area, further back from the beach, it's quite filthy—trash is just lying around and no one cleans it up. Also, the playground could use a renovation."
Marbella Beach Hotel
"Very clean, 1 minute walk from the beach, pool was super clean. The hotel personnel works hard and will do anything to make everyone happy. The food choice is huge, I don't think anyone can say that there was nothing they liked. The cleaning lady even washed some clothes for us."
