Great
GGuest UserStaff is so friendly. Room is spotlesss, love the small addition of Remy&Max Nightime tea bags. Location is great as it's close to all lovely restaurants and supermarkets. The only downside is that the air con was not working properly. Will definitely stay here again if we are back in Orange.

GGuest UserChips in the room expired five month ago (I understand is not free) and the washing machine leaks during drainage, water all over the bathroom and have to put both bath towel on the floor in case the water came out to the carpet.

PPhoebe KoThe room was very small and has windows to the corridor. A shower booth door in the bathroom didn't fit and the water was leaking to the floor. I have stayed in Mercure in other cities. Compared to other Mercure, it was disappointing.

AAnonymous UserFair price. The location was pretty good, close to the shopping centre, opposite is the park you can just walk through. The only thing was the soundproof need to improve, we got the room nearby the stairs, you can easily to hear the sound of footsteps coming down/up the stairs, people talking loudly.
