PPhoenix969The location is amazing just 15 min walk to the gondola station. The service is amazing, it’s family run business, the owner took personal care of us ensured any little issues were addressed immediately. In the morning we were fed well with Bulgarian breakfast and it had personal touch to it and we were made to feel special. Amenities were adequate considering the price we paid for it. The only downside I would say is the shower had some moulds but that’s an easy fix and mattress was a bit soft needs replacement.

The receptionist didn't speak English so we used Google translate, but once done, we got a quick and good service.
The hotel is a bit distanced from the main street and the gondola to the ski area, but it's quite and good for driving to the mountain.

GGuest UserLove it love it love it. This hotel deserves their five stars service reviews. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. The spa facilities was absolutely perfect! Will definitely be back!
