"This hotel is definitely not a 4 star, it may have been in the past but this is not the case anymore. However we did not expect a 4star hotel either way especially for the price we gave. Room was clean breakfast and dinner was good and the pool was okay. Nothing to blow you out of your mind. The only bad thing was the mattress of the bed. It was really hard and I barely got any sleep but this may be a personal preference. Don’t expect anything too much."

"Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend this accommodation. Booked a cheap holiday to Bansko, Unfortunately the room was unclean and smelt. We deep cleaned the apartment day 1 which didn't reduce the smell. Not well equipt, hot water ran out, no hair dryer and outdated furniture. Double room was 2 singles pushed together. Spa was due to be included but was quoted $10 lev. Owners smoking in the restaurant. Spent as little time as possible in this accommodation. Which is unfortunate due to the cold weather."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The kindness of the hosts made it feel like home from home, without the squabbling children or yapping dogs! The hotel was spotless, comfy and incredibly well priced. No hesitation in recommending it, just not when I’m staying, so I can get a room! They have created a warm, relaxed bar area, which is perfect for post ski, pre dinner drinks and, of course, a night cap. This was my third and best stay yet. Will be back next year, if only to drink the fabulous wine Marin gave me, that I had to leave behind the bar. Superb people, lovely hotel and great town."

The tenants are very friendly . A place we highly recommend if you want to spend a couple of days in Bansko"

"I never recomand this place. Hotel is mizerable, rooms was dirty and very small, food was pure, and thevstaff was unfriendly. Hotel position is very far to the sky, but they have one little car for transfer. We don t like anything there, and we are sure that we never come back. "

"Great value hotel, with nice additional facilities and friendly staff. Stayed with family in a 2 bedroom apartment, well appointed with TV and kitchenette, 1 shower bathroom and 1 en-suite with a corner bath. Listing says sofa bed in living room but we didn’t have this but 2, 2 person sofas. Perfectly sufficient for us as son is only 9 so slept here instead of sharing with his sister. We’d say the apartment was basic but comfortable. The apart hotel has a reception area with a bar and pool table. The on-site restaurant offers a good buffet breakfast with hot and cold options which vary each day. Nice coffee machine and juices on offer. We had half board and evening meal was buffet with good hot and cold options which again varied each day. Meat offered was either pork or chicken with various cold meats and salads too. Outside there are nicely maintained gardens and a small children’s park. They also have a swimming pool, which is a nice touch but does need refurbishment. Tiles are loose on the pools floor and daughter cut her foot. Downstairs they have a nice spa facility offering saunas, steam room, salt therapy and a fab cold water pool. They also have a good offering of spa treatments available at good prices. It is a short 5 minute walk to the gondola station, but they offer a free mini bus shuttle in the morning and afternoon. The whole place is of good 3 star property but could do with some refurbishment."
