Petropolis Hotels with Parking

The hotel is located in Araras, easy access to get and get from the center of Araras and Itaipava.

Our stay was wonderful and the Easter chocolates for Easter Weekend was a nice personal touch. There were some minor issues (LED lightstrip behind headboard flashing constantly) that was immediately reported when we arrived and fixed within the same hour of our arrival. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was safe (they park and bring out your vehicle when you need it). The only thing (but it wasn't a deal breaker) was the slight damp/mouldy smell in the room, but it's like that everywhere in the area due to the high moisture and humidity in the area. There are however some black mould spots that needs attention, just for the hotel to note - especially on the curtains and in the shower. Our stay was comfortable and breakfast was good (nice variety daily). Just please note that they do charge ”tourist tax” which wasn't indicated on our booking, Trip.com and the Hotel is responsible to disclose this beforehand.

The hotel was considered very good. The location is excellent, the reception was perfect, with professionalism and courtesy. The facilities have served our taste. We certainly want to return to the hotel.

A beautiful and perfect place for couples!

The hotel is wonderful and offers the best of the day's facilities with the decoration and architecture of the season, in a perfect location for anyone who wants to know the main tourist points of the city walking. The staff are very educated and careful, cleaning is perfect and the wi-fi works very well throughout the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, with various options of bread, cake, cold, jelly, fruit, juices, milk and coffee, and served in a very beautiful location with side view of the Cathedral. The hotel's outermost part offers swimming pool, free parking for guests, exercise chairs and very nice and well-cared gardens.The room is very comfortable and features a couple with comfort, which was my case. It has a large box with available heads, fridge, headboard, chair and lighting, TV with excellent image and a variety of channels, large and soft bed and air conditioning. The bathroom is good, it has a pillow, with a hot and cold water tower and a good bathroom, a toilet with a toilet and a very good shower. I noticed only a delay to warm the water from the shower, but it didn't catch me at all. There are also some hairdryers to borrow, just ask at the reception. In the building I stayed there is an elevator. The trip was wonderful, I'll be back.

Excellent cost benefit, they need to disseminate more recreation and activities to reach more people and thus manage to maintain the installation

Amamos nossa hospedagem no Castelo!! Ficamos na suíte Júnior que é mais simples, porém não tira a vibe medieval que o Castelo oferece. Nos sentimos realezas mesmo, quarto limpo e tudo bem organizado, fomos muito bem atendidos desde recepção até a hora de irmos embora. Que lugar incrível! O café da manhã recheado de opções e tudo bem gostoso. Amamos com todo coração, de verdade! Sem dúvidas retornaremos um dia ♥️ Obs.: 1ª dica: As pulseiras que recebemos quando fazemos o check-in para o café da manhã, também servem de descontos (50% se não me engano) para usufruir pelo o Parque do Castelo (somente para hóspedes). Não sabíamos, mas descobrimos ainda lá e até andamos de Pedalinho na lagoa rsrs. Eles também oferecem Tirolesa, Airsoft, pescaria e uma parte de recreação com brinquedos para a criançada. 2ª dica: O Restaurante Taberna do Castelo de Itaipava que fica no mesmo local onde é o café da manhã, dentro do Castelo mesmo, é o melhor! De segunda a quinta tem o menu cotidiano apenas no horário do almoço (a partir de 12h) com o preço bem acessível (R$41,90 para ser mais exata). Pedimos contra-filé argentino ao molho madeira com arroz à piamontese e batatas rústicas de acompanhamento que estava uma delícia, e + as 4 opções que tem nesse menu também tudo pelo o mesmo valor acima (Foto dos pratos incluído aqui). E é aberto tanto para hóspedes e não hóspedes. 3ª dica: O café da manhã é de 7h às 10h na semana e 7:30h às 10:30h nos finais de semana e feriados. Recomendo acordar bem cedo e aproveitar no comecinho se você for também um viciado(a) em café da manhã e quer desfrutar muito como nós hahaha. 4ª dica bônus: Incluí aqui também a tabela de preço dos biscoitos, petiscos, chocolates e bebidas que ficam disponíveis no quarto dos hóspedes, os preços são altos e a recomendação é que você leve ou use o mercadinho que tem dentro do próprio Castelo (funciona até às 23h) os valores são um pouco menos que esses, mas ainda assim achamos um preço razoavelmente para alto, não é uma diferença absurda. Os do quarto são pagos no check-out. Fica a dica aí! 😉

Hotel with good location and friendly service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although some maintenance and modernization details can improve the experience. In general, it offers a reasonable cost-benefit for those who are looking for a simple and practical stay. Note 7/10.

Fui no carnaval com alguns amigos e família. Gostamos demais do lugar e da tranquilidade que proporciona, não se houve quase um barulho se quer. Se você procura por paz e tranquilidade, lá é o lugar certo! Só deixou a desejar nas opções no café da manhã e a limpeza nos quartos em cada diária feita pelo os funcionários. De resto, pelo o custo x benefício gostamos demais! O lugar é top e próximo ao centro de Itaipava, uns 15 min de carro.
