"Horrible! We arrived exhausted, the elevator was broken, we had to go to the second floor. When we got to the room, the shower was broken. We were changed rooms, this time the hot water didn't work and the faucet was broken. They informed us that the water pump had broken and that it would be back in a few moments. We were transferred to another room that had a hole in the middle of the bed. We had to pay for parking. Horrible!!!! I don't recommend it! I just wanted to go back home and get my money back!"

It's best to go by car; Uber, 99, and other ride-sharing services are more difficult. The sauna was under renovation, and our stay was during the winter; it could have had a heated pool."

"Absolutely charming hotel in the mountains. Everything is nice, homely, cozy. Fully corresponds to the photo on the site. The chalets are spacious, there is a fireplace. In the evening it was lit, as it is quite cool at night. Although there are warm blankets in the chalet. The restaurant on the territory works on the menu, the cuisine is good. In general - a very atmospheric place. Breakfast is normal."

"We host there for a wedding, the chalet and great, super comfortable, good bed, great shower, the floor of the room and the bathroom warm, the q is great in winter, the chalet is equipped with complete kitchen, table, chairs, etc. All staff are super friendly and demanding, breakfast is great, come home, the only problem is access, it is a land road and stones very bad, a little bit of my car's dryer, and that's a relaxing weekend."

Uncomfortable. The hotel's restaurant is beautiful, a good music, a tasty food, a pleasant environment.The outside of the hotel is very receptible, but the accommodation is not long to wish. A positive point is to stay close to the main petropolis tourist points and after parking the car on the street, from the beach to make every walk in the city!"

"This is a beautiful hotel with the most lovely, helpful staff. We could not have asked for a better stay. The hotel is furnished like a French country home with large comfortable sitting rooms and beautiful grounds. The proprietor helped us identify the best hikes and other activities. The staff even helped with a jump when our car battery died! All of the food we enjoyed was fresh and delicious and we loved the afternoon tea set up when we came in from a long hike. This location was also perfect for us to enable us to enjoy the beautiful mountains and still get into Petropolis for the historical part of our experience."
