GGuest UserWe had a fantastic stay at Valley Star Motel. The room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. Everything felt clean and cared for, which made our stay really relaxing. The large heated pool was a huge bonus and perfect for enjoying the warm Penticton weather. Great value and a very pleasant atmosphere — we would happily stay again!

MMichael1977Excellent location right near the beach. Our room was connected to a balcony that even had a bbq that all guests can use. The room was small and the building old but this was totally fine as all the furniture was in good or great condition and was very clean. Bathroom was also recently renovated so that was nice too.

GGuest UserFor the price, the size of the room (2 bedroom and kitchen) and the location with convenient parking it’s honestly a very good stay and deal for a family. The beach is literally right there, the parking is in front of your room door and the pool is nice too.
That being said, there’s a few things you should be aware of that other people mentioned in their comments. The bad smell other mentioned is true, it’s on and off smells like laundry that stayed in the washer. The AC/Fridge are indeed loud. The overall cleanliness is not so great, but I believe the beds and sheets were clean and that’s kind of all that matters in the end.
