RRachelle LimGreat location. Thankful for an issuance of a bigger room/ double bed. A single bed comforter was issued though.
My room was at the extension wing portion, with auto sensor lighting along the rooms corridor and a slight delayed lighting. Would have a preferred a bright corridor. The heater/ AC system can be on the noisier side too.

TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn in the beautiful mountain village of Wengen, and it turned out to be a fantastic base for exploring the area. One of the biggest advantages is its location — the hotel is right next to the train station, which makes arrival and departure incredibly easy, especially in a car-free village like Wengen.
The hotel itself has a welcoming, alpine feel, and the rooms are comfortable and well suited for both short and longer stays. I had breakfast included, and it was a great way to start the day before heading out into the mountains. There was a good selection available, and the setting made it even more enjoyable with the surrounding scenery.
One of the standout features of this hotel is the wellness area. After a day of exploring or being out in the mountains, having access to a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa facilities makes a big difference. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially if you’re visiting in colder months or after a long day of hiking or skiing.
From a practical point of view, being right next to the train station means you have quick and easy access to nearby destinations like Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Jungfraujoch. It makes getting around the region very straightforward without needing to worry about transport logistics.
I would highly recommend Hotel Victoria Lauberhorn to anyone visiting Wengen. The combination of excellent location, good facilities, and relaxing spa area makes it a great choice for enjoying the Swiss Alps in comfort.

AAnonymous UserThe Aarburg Hotel & Café is a charming little spot in Interlaken, just a 15-minute walk from Interlaken West train station. While it’s tempting to take the shortcut, I’d recommend sticking to the main road, especially in snowy weather—it’s much easier for pulling luggage.
Check-in was smooth and efficient, but do note there are no lifts in this cozy hotel. Carrying heavy bags up the narrow stairs was a bit of a workout, so pack light if you can.
One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the coffee—it lived up to all the glowing Google reviews. Breakfast was simple but wholesome, with fresh bread, croissants, yogurt, and healthy toppings like dried berries, almonds, and chia seeds. The café is pet-friendly, so don’t be surprised to see a few furry friends around.
The room itself was modest but comfortable. However, as the building is wooden, sounds tend to carry. We wondered if we were bothering other occupants but thankfully, no complaints! The location is peaceful, away from the main road, though the church bells that sound at intervals through the night was a little disturbing on the first night.
With a supermarket near the train station for quick snacks and essentials, this hotel is both convenient and quiet. Perfect for couples looking for a laid-back stay. I’d happily book here again if I return to Interlaken.

JJinganbluesThe location, the appearance is first-class, the room facilities are relatively old, and the antique furniture is also popular. It is not as good as expected, but it is not bad. You can drive into the hotel. The road is relatively narrow. There is an access control card on the last section of the road. Finally, I contacted the hotel in advance to ask for the password. Will take the initiative to tell you these precautions. Regarding the up and down of the cable car, sit for a while, hotel guests are free, you need to show your room card, remember to watch the timetable, don't miss the last bus. The view of the restaurant is very good and the service is attentive, but the food is as bad as ever, oh, I am not saying that this hotel is bad, I mean that all restaurants in Switzerland are bad (this breakfast is very good, you can go early, choose Facing the location of the waterfall, but the dinner is really hard to describe), unpalatable is one thing, full of ritual, each dish is served slowly, come up to explain to you what raw materials are used in this dish, how to make it, and if you actually taste it All restaurants in Switzerland, including but not limited to this one, are lacking in color and fragrance. My wife waited for the desserts to be served and hurriedly retreated. She panicked and forgot to take the bag. There is one thing to say, the service is still very good, the waiter put the bag at the front desk. Rory talked about it in a long way, hoping to be useful to the tourists behind.

李李家的木The helpful reviews are accurate. Awesome room view and great service from all staff. We have two adults and one child and they connected two single beds and provided and extra bed. I would say just book (level 4 lifestyle room) with a peace of mind and do remember to bring your own toiletries.

JJuannebellaThank you Mr Jean-Louis for your generosity and hospitality! It’s nice meeting you in person. Hotel Rossli is clean and comfy, located strategically close to train and bus stops. They also give to us Visitors Card through our stay (doesn’t need further validation, but just hop on and hop off the public transport within the inclusive area which was explained clearly to us during check in) which even covers the public transport to visit St Beatus Waterfall and Isewald for “Steg Crash Landing on You” viewpoint and Brienzersee Lakewalk, The location also made it easy for us to travel to both Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. Can’t believe we could manage to visit so many places with just a 2 nights stay. The hotel is also within walking distance to nearby grocery stores. Last but not least, the hotel also provides common/shared kitchen with microwave oven and unlimited coffee and teas! And there are many many TV channels, even more TV channels than usual 4 or 5 stars hotels. All in all, highly recommend. Would come back and stay again 😊

GGuest UserThis is a traditional 4-star hotel with an excellent location, very close to the train station and a supermarket. You can even catch a glimpse of snow-capped mountains, especially beautiful at sunset when they glow golden. The ice cream shop across the street has really delicious ice cream!

GGuest UserBeautiful environment, ideal location, convenient transportation, great breakfast, warm indoor environment, and kettle. You can see the green mountains outside the window, and you can fall asleep to the sound of water at night, which is very comfortable!

HHiyoubWe expected a bad experience when we looked at the Google review but was pleasantly surprised by the actual room presented to us.
We had a quadruple room and saw a near-new bathroom, in contrast of the photos we saw on Google review.
Apart from the bathroom, the room itself is a bit of a disappointment, the one of the bed frames were faulty and one of us had to sleep with her hips lowered to the floor.
And the other facilities were outdated, but they were at least clean.
Our overall experience was pleasant, but similar to most things in Switzerland, the price was a little steep, but probably one of the cheaper hotels in the area.
