設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔有序，服務周到，提供送早餐以及提醒，用的是華為的全屋覆蓋路由，燈光設計合理，不會讓我眩暈，房間安靜，可能是風大，感覺窗户有異響，中央空調系統做的比較好，洗漱間排水做的感覺也挺好，不堵水，宴會廳是戰友給孩子定的歲宴，飯菜乾凈衞生，菜量大，好吃，服務人員服務好，唯獨包房衞生有點味道，希望改進，還有就是讓阿姨把拖布一定好好洗一洗，瓷磚非常黏，每年我都會去鎮賚 3 次左右，是為了看我戰友，我也會常常光臨南湖大酒店，希望酒店越做越好

Clean, no smell, plenty of sunshine, children have a table for learning, there are 2 large wardrobes, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep! The service of this hotel is particularly good! The young lady at the front desk is so warm, let us go out and renew the fee, unlike other hotels! The cleaning lady is more thoughtful. Seeing that I gave 2 more bottles of water directly after taking the medicine, and the room was clean! The waiters in this hotel, including the men who repair the electricity, are all kind, gentle and courteous! What a warm place! Will stay here next time!

在鎮賚這個地方本來有間飛翔酒店這樣檔次的酒店應該是不錯的，然而在退房時卻遇到讓人非常不愉快的事情，現在許多酒店都沒有查房這個程序的，而飛翔有，且非常慢，碰巧我們同行有個不小心碰爛了一個玻璃杯（估計也就5元以下的品質），前台説要賠16元，好吧，就賠16元吧，雖感不爽，因為這個杯子從台上掉在台上，也就10公分不到的高度就粹了。所以略有微詞，我們賠了錢，前台工作人員還在拖延，感覺是故意放慢，最後才肯退回按金。希望酒店今後不要這樣待客。這種酒店管理我們是不會再住的，也不會推薦。
