The memory foam pillow had just the right firmness; I slept on it for two nights without experiencing any neck pain. The water dispenser in the room always had warm water, so convenient—no need to go downstairs to buy water. The complimentary freshly ground coffee was excellent, not just a cheap instant coffee. The biggest surprise was the underground parking garage—it was spacious, no worries about finding a parking spot, and the elevator went directly to my floor, making it easy to carry my luggage. Essential amenities like a laundry room and fax/printer were also provided, so I didn't have to search for them. It was a comfortable and hassle-free stay, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Although it may be newly opened, there are still many areas for improvement. 1. Elevator: There are three elevators, one of which is closed to customers due to renovations, and the other one frequently has problems accepting credit cards. 2. Breakfast: The soy milk was cold, the tofu pudding was average, the bread was low quality (it seemed dried out due to age), the soy sauce separated from the individual packages of strawberry jam (I didn't dare use it), the rice noodles were overcooked, and I couldn't find the coffee spoon by the coffee machine (I asked the lady who gave me a jam knife). 3. There's a conference room on the 19th floor of the hotel. That day, there was a training session (I don't know if it was internal training), and many people were smoking in the hallway, leaving cigarette butts and ashes everywhere. (Could they have communicated or clearly marked the corridors as no-smoking areas?) 4. Cleaning: We left after breakfast this morning and returned to the hotel at 3:00 PM, but the room hadn't been cleaned. We planned to get some sleep and contact the front desk, but at 4:00 AM, the front desk lady rang the doorbell, waking everyone up. 5. Front desk service: It was basically up to standard.
