I chose ”Nihao Hotel” when I came to Leling on a business trip. It was really worth the money. Manager Zhang of the hotel has high professional quality, is sincere in treating people, and has a strong sense of service. He must give it a thumbs up. The lady at the front desk also upgraded my room for free. Her attitude was gentle and patient, which was great. The hotel is clean and tidy, has good sound insulation, and has an excellent location. There are free parking spaces at the door. Full marks for the overall experience! !

They allow people to smoke inside the hotel, and worst of all, in areas like the restaurant and gym. They don't have a washer with a dryer. Such a large hotel and it only has one washer without a dryer. 他们允许人们在酒店内吸烟，最糟糕的是，竟然在餐厅和健身房等区域也有人吸烟。他们没有带烘干功能的洗衣机。这么大一家酒店，居然只有一台不带烘干功能的洗衣机。

Facilities: The refrigeration system is standardized and the bed is very comfortable. The room is large and the bathroom facilities are safe. Every thing was perfect. Specially the Staff he was so courteous that inspite of me being a Hindu vegetarian he almost spent an hour with me to book my food from Pizza Hut, sorted my local issues and also booked my travel plan on personal basis. Unbelievable Front desk Gentleman

Where I arrived at the general location of Grace Inn, l couldn't find the entrance to the hotel even though the exterior of the hotel fits the description. Instead I saw the reception for Inzone Allike Inn. In desperation, I asked a tailor shop nearby for directions, he kindly saw me to the Inzone Allike reception and said that is the correct address. Confusing but I made it. I have booked a room with no window but the friendly receptionist upgraded me to one with window. That was a great help because I stayed 4 nights here. Due to the difficulty of securing train tickets, I decided to stay longer in Dezhou and made a day trip to Jinan. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stops are also a short walk away.
