This is a hidden gem of a hotel! The rooms are brand new, the price is incredibly reasonable, the front desk service is excellent, and the location is great – there's a TELD charging station right across the street, making it very convenient to charge your phone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a road trip around Hainan Island.

The apartments are new and well mantained. They are located in the same residential area with a 5 star hotel. Some of the rooms have sea view. The owner is very funny and welcoming, add him in Wechat and he provides a short free transfer from and to the railway station. The Jinyuewan beach is near, clean, very long and a good getaway for a more private/family experience without the noise and motor vehicles of the beaches of Sanya. Tip: go with sunny weather to catch a nice sunset

The rooms at Lanting Hotel are clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell, with good sound insulation, and the mattress is neither too soft nor too hard, providing a very comfortable feeling. It is a few minutes away from Wanda Plaza, and dining and shopping are very convenient. The most satisfying thing was the breakfast, which was both rich and exquisite, and received unanimous praise from my family. I will book this hotel again next time I go to Dongfang. I'm not an agent, haha.

This was my second stay at this hotel. The charging stations for electric vehicles in the backyard were really bizarre. Each machine had two charging guns. If the first gun was charging normally, the second gun would automatically disconnect from the first charging gun without any notification after scanning the code to charge. Moreover, the electricity price was high, and the charges were high after the power outage. There were many instances of disconnection and reconnection throughout the night, and the charging process was also cumbersome. Electric vehicle owners should think twice before choosing this hotel. The breakfast was mediocre; by 8 am, the fried rice and noodles were basically cold and very hard. The hotel's soundproofing was average, typical of a budget city hotel.

I chose this City Comfort Inn in Dongfang city after arriving from the West Station roundabout tour. I'd stayed at this brand before and had a good impression. The hotel has been open for a while but is well-maintained. The room isn't huge but meets the facility and hygiene standards of a business hotel. The location is excellent; there's a public parking lot right in front, and if you turn right out of the hotel, you're on a food street with many restaurants serving 'Four Geng Roasted Pig'. It was a satisfactory stay overall. The only downside was on the second night when a few drunk guests were loudly shouting in an incomprehensible local dialect, waking us up from our sleep, and it took a long time to fall back asleep! This, however, is a guest issue and not related to the hotel itself. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, so I've included a few photos of the surrounding attractions instead.

Most importantly, the room rate is affordable, the beds are comfortable, and I was very satisfied with my stay!

The sea view is great. You can see the sea directly while lying on the bed. You can see the lighthouse on the right side and the wind turbine on the left side of the balcony. It is very suitable for those who have high requirements for sea view and pursue cost-effectiveness. The only drawback is that there are few furniture in the room, making it inconvenient for working. After feedback to the store, they said they will arrange it😀
