The points that led to my review were very poor: 1. The first time I encountered ”no room at the store”. I booked the room at Trip.com more than a week in advance, and the hotel also confirmed it. When I arrived at the store, I said that the system problem was overbooked and the rooms were full. The standoff lasted more than an hour, and finally I was impatient to prepare a complaint. The front desk received WeChat and took a room card and said to take you to the room...not much to say, no one is stupid... 2. Noise. Very noisy, poor sound insulation, there are children shouting, men shouting, upstairs, until close to 12 o'clock. It was hard to quiet down in the middle of the night, but there was always a strange sound. The room was full of water and finally found that the basin was leaking... dripping on the suspended cabinet board... The thin wooden door of the room, the big door gap, the dazzling light outside shines into the small room, affecting sleep... 3. The facilities do not match the price. I usually choose four or five-star hotels, and there are few homestays. There is no suitable hotel in the scenic spot. The price of this homestay is more than 1200. I thought the hardware should be OK. But after I arrived at the place, I almost didn't find the door. It was a small house and the lobby was still cold. The room was cramped, there was no writing desk, and the bathroom was more spacious. The hardware facilities are average. 4. Poor service. There is a half front desk during the holidays. The male front desk counts one, and there is a female front desk counts half, because she basically disappears, the male front desk is too busy to call several times. A health aunt (saying that there is still a leave), the guests have been urging to stay. During my stay, there were 2 waves of customers who quarreled and complained. There was no slippers in the room. I asked for it several times, and finally we went down to get it ourselves. 5, health. Others are too lazy to write. Breakfast is cold on a cold day, milk and rice noodles are hot, the rice noodles are completely tasteless, the seasoning has to be put by yourself, the most annoying is to bring me the bread that was not eaten on the table. I just saw my aunt bring those dirty bread in, and I remembered the dirty position. I know they must recycle, but at least - recycle clean... 6. Scenic Area. The traffic was paralyzed. It took 2 and a half hours to get out of the parking lot gate below the hotel on the same day... You can see the ** spit on yourself. This hotel has nothing to do, no details are complained.

The window of the room I lived in was close to the atrium of the community, very quiet, the hotel was fully equipped and the bathroom had no smell. The TV is turned on by default, and fire prevention publicity is constantly broadcast. It is very noisy and wasteful. I hope to attract the attention of the hotel.

Nantian Lake boasts beautiful scenery and is very cool. The hotel is very close to the lake, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are complete. The owner is warm and attentive, and the free breakfast is also quite good.

Take bus 202 from Fengdu Railway Station and get off opposite the door. The traffic is very convenient. There is a big bed room, there is a window, a fan, and an electric water scorpion. It is enough for pure free travel. Public health; the only thing is that there is noise when heavy trucks pass by at night, I can still accept ⋯⋯

The hotel is easy to find; navigation leads directly to the hotel entrance. It's also not far from Nantian Lake, probably only a 10-minute walk. From the warm and attentive service at check-in to the rapid response to various needs during my stay, the staff demonstrated exceptional professionalism. When I couldn't find the hairdryer and called the front desk, or felt cold in the middle of the night and needed a blanket, the front desk patiently explained where the hairdryer was and which of the two outlets to use, and arranged for a blanket to be delivered immediately—a truly heartwarming experience.

民宿位置比較好，就在廂壩集市旁邊，外出吃飯選擇很多又方便，小區地下車庫下面就是廂壩農貿中心，每逢2、5、8趕集，採購當季農產品很安逸。民宿在頂上是閣樓改造的，隔音與私密性差。但房間還不算太小，三張床都較寬，能睡下一大一小，對家庭人員多入住很划算。衹是房間不太對流通風，稍怕熱的最好選擇帶空調的房間。今年才開業，房間乾淨衞生整潔，設施簡單實用，廚房能配備一台小冰箱就好了。衞生間有一地漏設計在門口基本成擺設，沐浴時需將洗臉盆下的下水管取出，水才能流走，否則要弄個水滿金山。另外遇到風大時，廚衞有嗚鳴聲。老闆一家人都和氣，服務挺好的，入住5晚還是滿意。
