The best hotel in Fengtai, the first choice every time I come, with a high cost performance. I especially recommend the hotel's buffet breakfast, which is very rich. Huainan beef soup and soy products are particularly representative of Huainan culture. The room was booked through Ctrip. Ctrip confirmed that the room had been upgraded. When checking in, the front desk lady did not agree at first. The upgrade problem was solved through communication. I hope that Ctrip and the merchant can be consistent to avoid affecting the customer experience.

Prices are still very good during the off-season: ¥:128 I am very satisfied to be able to get a house with this view, and the price/performance ratio is also very high. The slight drawback is that the shower head does not have a hanger and needs to be held in hand, which is really inconvenient. In addition, if the TV can buy a few more movies, it may feel better. But after all, it is the off-season, so maybe there are too few people, which is understandable. It is still recommended to install this shower head on a hanging rack. Overall, the flaws are not concealed. I highly recommend it and it’s great value for money!

新酒店環境設備還算不錯，但商旅服務和員工技能態度還是很跟不上，比如住別墅區去公共湯池居然連個接駁車沒有，客人得自己迎着寒風走過去，前台的服務也很不專業，一問三不知衹會往管家身上推，尤其是第二天12.00前就必須退房我感覺很不人性化，住大別墅大多數都是三五好友一起，肯定會玩到很晚的，退房也就算了，前台還不到12.00還會打電話催你，毫無任何服務用語，甚至是非常不禮貌，連個稱呼都沒有，上來就一句你到12點要退房啊，我反問現在12.00了嗎？前台也沒有任何致歉，而是再次重複12.00前要退房，無語至極從來沒見過哪裡的前台這個崗位是這樣語氣講話的，給人極度不專業的感覺。整體環境設備搞得不錯，別毀在這些基礎服務上面瞭然後周邊吃的也很少，點外賣也點不到
