GGuest UserWarm and comfortable like home, full details! Staying at this homestay really exceeded expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I felt very warm and comfortable, and the layout was very careful. The room was very clean, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept soundly. I especially like the small teahouse on the balcony. The landlord *** is super good. Not only did he inform the detailed check-in guidelines in advance, but also prepared welcome fruits, which made us feel like going home. The location is also great, strong Amway for friends! .

ZZhutousan房間大，衞生好，洗澡水大，停車場能停二十多輛車，價格很實惠，此次出遊近十家住宿中，性價比最高！停車晚八點前都是能有車位的，從景區玩完回酒店停車都沒問題。前後我們住了兩次非常不錯，靠馬路不但不吵，天氣好點能看到博格達峯，天氣不好衹能早上看了！

Because I made a mistake and paid for two rooms, I didn't find it at that time. When I returned to the room, I received a call from the service staff and assisted in the positive refund. The warm and thoughtful service made me very touched and grateful. The room was clean and tidy or 24 hours hot water.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations! The hotel is perfectly located, very close to the Tianshan Tianchi International Ski Resort and Tianshan Tianchi Lake. The slopes are within easy reach, but snow doesn't arrive until December, making winter skiing particularly convenient. The room was spacious and clean, with great lighting. At night, I could even enjoy a star-filled sky from the balcony, which was incredibly relaxing. The surroundings were beautiful, and the sunset view was so stunning I couldn't bear to close the window. There's also a campsite nearby, where you can spot wildlife! It was a great experience camping under the stars. The price was very reasonable, and they even included discounted admission to the scenic area, making it a great value. The front desk staff was also very attentive and helpful, providing detailed instructions on how to get to the scenic area. They also reminded me of the low temperatures inside the Tianchi area and encouraged me to dress warmly, which was a great experience. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserAfter staying for two days, the front desk lady opened a room on the second floor that had not been cleaned, and had to change to another room on the third floor. Then I didn't inform in advance that I needed to go to the front desk to activate the room card after I went out the next day, otherwise I couldn't open the room. As a result, I finally walked to the innermost room on the third floor and then went down to the front desk on the first floor to activate the room card.
Let's talk about the room, the air conditioner is not warm, and the bath water is not hot enough. Adjusting to the head is the temperature of warm water. I walked for a day during the day and wanted to come back to take a hot hot bath. I can make do with it, otherwise I am really afraid of catching a cold. The curtains in the room are bad and cannot be switched on and off.
Breakfast is even more difficult to say, the variety is pitiful, except that porridge and soy milk are hot, whether it is staple food or dish, it is cold.
It is the hotel with the worst experience among the hotels I have stayed in Xinjiang. I sincerely suggest that the store upgrade the hotel's software and hardware and services as a whole.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was particularly comfortable, and I fell asleep as soon as I touched the pillow. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic and recommended local food intimately. I will stay here next time!
