AAnonymous UserThe service was excellent, and they were good at resolving issues. I always stay at this hotel when I go back to my hometown. It's my top choice for hotels in Shanxian County. Overall, I highly recommend it. I feel like they've changed management teams or housekeeping staff, because the cleanliness is much better than before!

The room was clean, tidy, comfortable, and fully equipped. The most important thing is that this hotel is also very pet-friendly. GGuest UserThe air conditioner in my room was not cooled. I slept until 2:30 in the middle of the night and woke up sweating. I called the front desk and the response was too hot. The front desk asked the project to answer the air conditioner. The front desk still changed me to a room north, opened the window and opened the air conditioner, and fell asleep in a daze. Wake up in the morning and find that the air conditioner is still cooling, it should be that the air conditioner in the room I live in is broken.
The front desk service gave a compliment. The level of the engineering department is not good, shouldn't the room air conditioner be monitored daily? It can only be found after the tenants check in. What is this?
