We booked five rooms and had a very pleasant stay. The amenities at Home Inn are excellent. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. There's a gym and laundry room, which is very convenient for washing and drying clothes. You can even check the washing machine and dryer times on the TV so you can pick up your clothes when they're due, which is very convenient. The breakfast was very good and delicious. Highly recommended!

I needed to print some documents during my stay, and [Kaisel] proactively and enthusiastically helped me, handling it meticulously, efficiently, and with great patience and initiative, showing no signs of perfunctoriness or slackness. [Kaisel]'s responsiveness, attentiveness to guest needs, and overall professionalism exemplify the high standards and excellent service quality of a five-star hotel. The overall service atmosphere at the front desk was fantastic; the staff were gentle, patient, and incredibly thoughtful, making me feel very welcome. The outstanding service significantly enhanced my entire stay, offering excellent value for money and a perfect experience. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Big nice room, central location next to old walking street, breakfast was ok. Two entrances, one for car, one directly from walking street.

This stay was great! The front desk clerk was very patient and considerate, and took the initiative to recommend nearby charging stations. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with stable hot water 24 hours a day. It is very convenient to eat around, and the food street can be reached in a few minutes' walk. Next time I come to Kuqa, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The hotel has a strong New Year atmosphere and is very grand, giving people a very warm feeling, almost like going home. The hotel environment is also very good, and the hygiene is also in place. It is a hotel with a great staying experience. Whether it is the concierge, front desk or room service staff, they are all very enthusiastic.

The staff at the front desk were very kind. The hotel is located close to many attractions, and it’s in walking distance of the museum and night market. The manager 张健 is very kind, and even showed me where to get some good food. 热孜亚 at the front desk worked hard to provide assistance. Overall, the hotel is good value for money and I would reccomen it to any foreign traveler.

The room was old but large and bed comfortable. Bathroom was old but water was hot. Breakfast was substantial and food value. Receptionist who checked me in on Oct 4 evening and Oct 7 noon was pleasant and competent. The other staff I encountered were sullen and unhelpful.

The hostel is strategically located close to the transportation station, and it is very convenient to travel for food. The rooms are clean and dry, the beds are soft, and the public bathroom is cleaned daily without smell. The owner treats people warmly and carefully introduces local play routes and special snacks. The atmosphere of the lobby leisure area is relaxed, and you can meet friends from all over the place. The price is affordable and the price is outstanding. The first choice for short trips is that you will still stay next time you visit.
