The front desk provided some free cotton swabs, wipes, floss, makeup remover cotton, candy, etc. The front desk enthusiastically made a cup of tea for me and told me to be careful to burn my mouth. Also asked me, can the room arrange for you to be close to the elevator, free parking, remind the laundry room on the 4th floor, really warm service
