MM14518****The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Parking was convenient, and the location was excellent. The surroundings were pleasant and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff was warm and professional. Definitely a great choice.

GGuest UserIt was a very good experience, recommended by a friend, it is really worth the money, a courtyard-style hotel, quiet, comfortable and warm. The beautiful front desk lady who checked me in was very enthusiastic and professional. She explained to me the tourist attractions in Laizhou this season, which made me, a foreigner, feel at home. 🥰🥰Someone happened to get married in the hotel, and I felt so happy. 😄😄The room is very luxuriously decorated, and the bed is very big. The clean, dry and wet separation is very user-friendly. The bath water is super awesome. The most important thing is that the mattress is comfortable. I slept from 9:30 to dawn, which made me, a person who often suffers from insomnia, find the feeling. Both the hardware facilities and the service quality are impeccable. I highly recommend it. I will definitely choose this hotel next time. Parking is also very convenient. The cleaning aunt helped to wash and dry the clothes and took the initiative to send them to the room to hang them. I really recommend it. I have said a little too much. 😃😃😃The main goal is satisfaction + satisfaction.

AAnonymous UserFirst, I must commend the hotel staff for their problem-solving attitude; they upgraded our room. However, problems arose as well. Due to unstable water pressure on the higher floor, the adults experienced inconsistent water temperature during our first shower. After reporting this to the front desk, a maintenance worker came several times to adjust the water (kudos to him!), but ultimately couldn't fix it. It wasn't a technical issue on his part, and we didn't dare let the children shower there. The next day, the front desk proactively called and moved us to a lower floor. Although the water temperature was still a bit unstable, it was much better than the first night. The hotel also provided breakfast for the children for two days. I don't usually leave bad reviews, and the hotel was very proactive in resolving the issue throughout. However, they really need to improve their water supply system; otherwise, it's just a temporary fix. Also, the piles of clean sheets and trash in the hallways after cleaning were really annoying… I'm grateful to Ctrip for helping me communicate with them; the Ctrip platform is very reliable.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is clean, well-equipped and has a quiet environment. The service is attentive and enthusiastic, and truly sincere. Just after checking in, the waiter brought two steaming cups of red date and chrysanthemum tea. When asked for a hot meal, the restaurant manager responded enthusiastically. The beautiful waiter from Shahe took the initiative to help warm it up and deliver it to the room. After the meal, he was ready to borrow the tableware from the restaurant. Put the dinner garbage in the trash can, and the manager took the initiative to take it away for disposal. After checking in, I felt the inner beauty of Jiaodong people. The hotel is located in the city center with convenient transportation and shopping.

GGuest UserI often travel for business, this hotel is really spacious! The room is bright and comfortable as soon as I open the door. I came here after reading online reviews. The breakfast is really amazing 😍 Really super good 👍! There are many varieties! This beef noodle is better than the professional beef noodle shop 😋, and the noodles are also very chewy! The coffee and tea in the room are delicious! I also give a thumbs up to the waiters in Aocheng! Warm and thoughtful!
