__WeChat314068****首先入住的時候非常好，前台姑娘萬分的熱情，入住後細心的及時的説刷少了一天，還不斷道歉，自己也非常理解服務行業的不易，不斷表示理解，後來問她拿了一張取電卡，我衹是隨便問一下而已，沒想到二話不説直接給了取電卡一張，很棒！第二天打掃續住衞生，本來她説阿姨要下午才能打掃，我也不會像行外人一樣會去質疑酒店的服務，她感受到了我的迫切，而我問她是否能提前幫忙安排，她毫不猶豫的説可以噠，這樣的服務態度打100分都算少的了，中班的小姑娘也很好，問她問題很耐心微笑的回答，雖然接觸不多吧，但是也能感覺到她的服務態度也是很棒的，本來可以從入住到退房可以開開心心的，因為行程問題，早上退房比較早，下來親自把2張卡拿給前台，説要退房，夜班的小姑娘服務不太行，接卡的時候她沒説話，我也沒説什麼，想着她熬夜了挺辛苦的，但是後面她一直沒説話，也沒説退房可以了啥的，後面是我問她退房可以了嗎，她才不屑的説了一句：可以了 ……這是一個小插曲，不然一切都會很完美的，希望夜班小姐姐能夠改正這樣的服務態度，也希望酒店的領導能給她耐心的去培訓一下，相信會更好的，（也不要去責備她，每個人都不容易，）PS：早上走的急，忘記拍一些房間照片了，下次有機會住一定補上！！

When checking in, the front desk staff was warm and efficient, answering all questions, and also intimately provided surrounding play and food guides, professionalism was fully demonstrated.

The front desk service is warm and professional, and the check-in is fast. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept all night until dawn.
