The yard features a play area for kids, a BBQ spot for adults, fruit and vegetable picking, and even a home for stray cats. September seems to be off-peak, making it excellent value for money.

GGuest UserStayed for two days, and overall, I really can't find anything to complain about. It's clean, tidy, and well-equipped. When I first arrived, someone was there to guide me, and any issues I had were resolved. Personally, and this is just my opinion, there were a couple of minor things: first, the small side shelf was really tiny, I'd say maybe 20cm long at most. Second, the shower room only had hooks, nowhere else to put small items. They could consider adding a folding shelf, which shouldn't be too expensive. Finally, there was one lady who seemed a bit grumpy both times I asked her something. I'm not sure if I'm being sensitive or if that's just her personality, because no one else was like that.

3300052****The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

SShuijiaohuanghouI booked this hotel for my parents, and they were absolutely delighted. It's conveniently located near all the major attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is super easy. The service was top-notch, truly. I chose Christine after reading so many glowing reviews, and it definitely paid off! My parents couldn't stop praising the staff, saying every single employee they encountered was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite: from the lobby manager, concierge, and front desk, to the housekeeping staff, restaurant crew, and even the driver who took them to the station – every single one was just wonderful. Such a hotel culture and management level is truly impressive! On top of that, the breakfast and afternoon tea were incredibly rich and delicious. Next time we're in Luoyang, we're definitely staying here again!

CChengjiThis stay was such a pleasant surprise! The front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, had sweet smiles and handled our check-in efficiently. They even offered complimentary welcome fruits, which was a lovely touch! They patiently introduced us to nearby attractions and local food spots, helping us plan our itinerary, which was incredibly thoughtful. At check-out, they even helped us call a taxi and brought our luggage to the door. Their service was truly impeccable. The value for money is outstanding! We'll definitely stay here again next time, and I've already recommended it to my friends. Highly, highly recommend!

GGuest UserProblem 1. I arrived at the hotel shortly after 4pm on the checkin day but learned that the room was not available. They rented it out for the hourly rental and told me that the guest just checked out and would take 20 minutes to clean the room for me. I was stuned! As the check in time is 2pm, how could they rent the room out without knowing it was reserved for nightly rental and it only took 20 minutes to clean a room? This kind of operatons is not acceptable. Though the staff was friendly and apologizingly to provide me another type of room, the bed size ( twins) and the window view (no view) were all different and not better. At first I considered to switch what they offered at the time of my arrival because I was very tired. But then I decided to wait because the new room was not better.
Problem 2. At night, when I took a shower, I realized that the water stored in the shower floor like a little basin. It didn't and couldn't get complete dry even till next morning. See photo. The moles have alreay formed a cycle for a period of the time, but the hotel didn't fix it and still rented it.
Problem 3. Another day, I couldn't turn the heater on. The staff then told me they turned the heater off at the end of March.
I will NOT recommend this hotel to other travelers.

NNijiaBB-The rooms are spacious and elegant, and the hotel offers 24-hour butler service. The water temperature is perfect, making for a truly comfortable stay. It's incredibly thoughtful that they provide a business car for pick-up and drop-off at the station. There's also an à la carte breakfast and an infinity pool, making it an excellent spot for a relaxing vacation. The environment is also fantastic.

GGuest UserThe room was quite small; once the two beds were in, there was barely any space left. The entire courtyard was tiny, just two small sections, not much to explore. It's located in a traffic-controlled area, so taxis or private cars can't get there directly. You have to go to a designated spot and take the hotel's shuttle bus.
However, it's super convenient for Longmen Grottoes – only 300 meters from the entrance, so you can just walk there.

LLansun1998Frankly, I was quite satisfied. The hotel is located within the scenic area, giving it a fantastic atmosphere. Most importantly, the owners were very welcoming and honest, and they even provided laundry service, not just a washing machine! On a hot day, I changed several T-shirts, and my pants were soaked with sweat—7 or 8 sets for adults and children. I brought them back to the hotel, and they were clean the next day, still warm from the sun. It was very nice. The location is excellent, convenient for transportation, in the heart of the old town, and close to Lijingmen, Yingtianmen, Tiantang, and Mingtang pedestrian streets—perfect for exploring!

XXiaoya920This was my first trip to Henan. I arrived by train at 1 AM, and the hotel was right across the street from the station. I checked out the next day and forgot my charger at the hotel. The receptionist helped me mail it back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
