MmaxeaThis Mid-Autumn Festival happened to be hit by a typhoon. We played with the off-road vehicles and kayaks provided by the hotel before it rained, and also swam. The water in the swimming pool was very clean and the children had a lot of fun. When the heavy rain came, we hid in the hotel to eat and drink. We also prepared a mooncake making course for the children, which improved the stay experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is very friendly.

GGuest UserAtour Hotel is consistently excellent. The lobby is clean, and the room is quiet and comfortable. The front desk lady at this location was particularly enthusiastic. When my child was crying while taking medicine, she even gave them a small gift, which the child loved and immediately stopped crying! 😆😆😆 Next time I come to Pinghu, I'll definitely stay at this Atour Hotel again. I didn't take any pictures of the hotel, but the scenery in Pinghu is also beautiful 😊

Second, the hotel cleaners were cleaning and chatting at the opposite door early in the morning, which affected my rest.

I had to make an appointment in advance. The driver also arrived in advance. For fear of traffic jams, the chat atmosphere along the way was also very relaxed and happy. I learned that he came to pick us up after work. This sense of ”early arrival” punctuality and proactive service has filled our journey with peace of mind and pleasure from the beginning. The hotel lobby, front desk staff are polite and friendly. The check-in process was efficient and fast, and they patiently answered all my questions, with a gentle tone and a friendly attitude. The moment I opened the door was even more pleasant! The room is more spacious than expected, the layout is reasonable, there is no cramped feeling at all, and even two steps in the room, what I like most is the spacious balcony!
Of course, as the core of accommodation, clean and tidy is the bottom line, and this hotel is exemplary. Whether it is the floor, bathroom or bedding, there is no stain, and I feel relieved to step on the carpet barefoot. The laundry room on each floor greatly improved our convenience, the beds were soft and comfortable, and we had no dream until dawn, which stored up our energy for the next day's trip. In summary, from punctual pick-up, warm front desk, to spacious rooms, cozy balcony, and impeccable hygiene, every aspect of this hotel has achieved the ultimate. It is not only a resting place, but also a warm harbor during the journey. I do not hesitate to recommend it to all friends who pursue quality and detail, and next time I come back, this must be my best choice!

Xiao Zou, the front desk clerk, upgraded our room for free when she saw that there were so many people in our family of four. Aunt Zhu Caiqi, the room aunt, also sent free fruits when she delivered toiletries. In short, the service is very good, the popularity is very high, the hotel is large, and the room meets expectations! The most surprising thing is that the breakfast is of high quality. Next time I come to Pinghu, I will stay at Sun Lake again!

The front desk lady directly upgraded the south-facing room, which is much more spacious and has a dining table available. The room is very clean, you can see Jiulong Mountain outside the window, and it is very convenient to take a taxi to Waiyushan.

MM51923****The bathtub in this room is incredible! After a long day at Legoland, soaking in it was pure bliss. They even provide disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers. It's so clean and hygienic! The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, which is a fantastic detail. There's a woman at the front desk, I think she's the lobby manager, who is super beautiful and incredibly helpful. We booked a family room, and even though we had an extra person, they waived the breakfast fee. She also gave us great tips on local attractions, telling us what's worth seeing and what to avoid, which helped us dodge some potential disappointments. The room they arranged for us was also excellent. We'll definitely be back next time!
