"My stay at the Holiday Inn Express Jiaxing Hangzhou Bay Suites, an IHG hotel, really exceeded my expectations! Let me share my genuine thoughts: First off, the room is incredibly spacious. The one-bedroom, one-living room layout is super practical. I was staying with a friend; she could watch TV in the bedroom while I worked in the living room, and we didn't bother each other at all. The walk-in closet and mini-bar design are great bonuses – there's plenty of space for luggage and other items, so even for a longer stay, things wouldn't feel cluttered. The bed was genuinely comfortable! The mattress had just the right firmness, the pillows were nice, and coupled with good soundproofing, I barely heard any outside noise. Even as a light sleeper, I got a great night's rest. The ambient lighting by the bed is a thoughtful touch; no more fumbling for light switches in the dark if you get up at night. I have to praise the bathroom! The wet and dry areas are perfectly separated, so showering doesn't get water everywhere. There's also a large bathtub, which is super relaxing for a soak. The toiletries and hairdryer are good quality, so you don't need to bring your own, which is very convenient. Most importantly, it was impeccably clean – not a single water stain on the marble countertop, which was very pleasant to see. The view is absolutely stunning! The huge floor-to-ceiling window looks directly out onto the sea. Watching boats come and go during the day and the sunset in the evening, just sitting by the window and zoning out, is incredibly therapeutic. The room gets fantastic natural light during the day, making it great for photos too. The internet is fast; streaming and video calls were seamless, so business travelers can rest assured. The bar area allows for simple coffee making or instant noodles, which is very convenient. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied. It offers excellent value for money and is perfect for both business trips and vacations with friends. I'll definitely stay here again next time! Highly recommend!"

"There were many mosquitoes in the room at night, and the windows didn't have screens. Electric mosquito coils required a 20 yuan deposit, and the room deposit was 100 yuan. They also asked for three cleanings. The cleaning lady was really something else; she took away all my towels, bath towels, and trash bags without replacing them, and didn't even provide toiletries. I had spent the day at a client's place and was sweating profusely. I was just about to take a shower, my hair was already wet, when I suddenly realized there were no bath towels! How surprising! I called the front desk, and they moved me to the next room. Then, when I showered, I found that the shampoo and shower gel were almost empty, so I had to fill them with water. I'm speechless. The cleaning lady was terrible! I don't understand how such a nice hotel could hire such a business-minded cleaning lady. Did she get the job through connections? The next day, after checking out, customer service called to ask where the bath towels and hand towels in the room were. What? Did they really think I took them and weren't going to refund my deposit? I already told your staff. Don't they even hand over information between shifts? I will never choose this hotel again. Seriously, after staying in hotels for so many years, this is the first time I've encountered such a troublesome hotel. As for the positive review, it's because you didn't charge me tax when you issued the invoice."

The most praiseworthy thing is the service of all the staff: the front desk is gentle and patient, the check-in is efficient and smooth, there is no extra waiting throughout the whole process, the attitude is friendly and professional; the driver's master picks up and drop off on time and is intimate, and the care is thoughtful all the way. The car will be carefully reminded and the sense of security is full. It coincided with the Dragon Boat Festival, the hotel also specially sent home-made dumplings and exquisite snacks, the taste was homely and warm, and the details were full of humanistic care and temperature. The children have a great time throughout the whole process. From the public area to the details of the guest room, they can feel treated with care. They are clean and tidy, and the layout is warm. It is also very worry-free to bring the baby. Although the overall hardware is perfect, this meticulous warmth and sincerity have long surpassed the facilities themselves, and I really like the intimate and thoughtful service! "The day before check-in, I received a caring pre-arrival call from the hotel, confirming my arrival time and even asking if I had any special requests – super thoughtful! Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me with a warm smile and offered a hot chrysanthemum tea. Check-in was handled in minutes, incredibly smooth! The lobby environment is simply elegant, with soft lighting and a fresh, subtle aroma that instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. Entering the room was an even bigger surprise! Spotless cleanliness, not a speck of dust under the bed or in the bathroom crevices. The room had no strange odors, just a faint, pleasant scent. The bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up; the sheets and duvet covers smelled of sunshine, and the pillows were fluffy and resilient, making for an excellent sleep experience. The AC cooled super fast with almost no noise and precise temperature control. The TV screen was huge and crystal clear, with a full range of channels and screen mirroring support – perfect for binge-watching! The service was outstanding! When I was hungry late at night, I called and discovered they offered a free late-night porridge service. Soft pumpkin porridge with refreshing side dishes was delivered to my door by a room service attendant in just ten minutes. When I requested a charger, room service was incredibly quick and thoughtfully brought an extra data cable. The in-room amenities were high quality; the toiletries had a subtle woody scent, and the bath towels were soft and thick, with a pump-dispenser design that was super hygienic. Hot water was instantaneous in the shower, with excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable wash. Upon checkout, the invoice was sent to my email instantly with clear details, and the front desk proactively asked about my stay experience. The laundry room equipment was brand new, washing clothes cleanly and providing detergent and fabric softener. Clothes dried with a lovely scent. The soundproofing was incredible; once the door was closed, it was a quiet little haven – completely free of outside noise. This stay experience deserves a perfect score!"
