"For a getaway around Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, we chose the Pullman Excellence Pinghu, and our stay far exceeded expectations! The hotel is a landmark high-rise in Pinghu, located in the Nanshi New Area next to Minghu Lake. It's a short drive to Wuyue Plaza and Donghu Scenic Area, and self-parking is free throughout your stay. The lobby is luxurious and grand, with a high-quality marble design. The guest rooms feature panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows, offering views of Minghu Lake from the higher floors. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a wet/dry separation. The facilities were new and complete. Amenities include a constant-temperature indoor swimming pool, a professional gym, and free reservations for mahjong/card rooms. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine. Z Steakhouse had excellent food. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and attentive, and check-in was very efficient. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're staying in for the weekend or on a business trip!"

"The day before check-in, I received a caring pre-arrival call from the hotel, confirming my arrival time and even asking if I had any special requests – super thoughtful! Upon arrival, the front desk lady greeted me with a warm smile and offered a hot chrysanthemum tea. Check-in was handled in minutes, incredibly smooth! The lobby environment is simply elegant, with soft lighting and a fresh, subtle aroma that instantly dispelled my travel fatigue. Entering the room was an even bigger surprise! Spotless cleanliness, not a speck of dust under the bed or in the bathroom crevices. The room had no strange odors, just a faint, pleasant scent. The bedding was so soft I didn't want to get up; the sheets and duvet covers smelled of sunshine, and the pillows were fluffy and resilient, making for an excellent sleep experience. The AC cooled super fast with almost no noise and precise temperature control. The TV screen was huge and crystal clear, with a full range of channels and screen mirroring support – perfect for binge-watching! The service was outstanding! When I was hungry late at night, I called and discovered they offered a free late-night porridge service. Soft pumpkin porridge with refreshing side dishes was delivered to my door by a room service attendant in just ten minutes. When I requested a charger, room service was incredibly quick and thoughtfully brought an extra data cable. The in-room amenities were high quality; the toiletries had a subtle woody scent, and the bath towels were soft and thick, with a pump-dispenser design that was super hygienic. Hot water was instantaneous in the shower, with excellent water pressure, making for a very comfortable wash. Upon checkout, the invoice was sent to my email instantly with clear details, and the front desk proactively asked about my stay experience. The laundry room equipment was brand new, washing clothes cleanly and providing detergent and fabric softener. Clothes dried with a lovely scent. The soundproofing was incredible; once the door was closed, it was a quiet little haven – completely free of outside noise. This stay experience deserves a perfect score!"

"This newly opened luxury hotel in Zhapu County definitely lives up to InterContinental's quality standards. Being a new hotel and during the Chinese New Year, there were a few minor glitches, but nothing major. The room environment was great, the hotel service was excellent, and the breakfast in particular was very rich and satisfying. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I get the chance to visit Jiaxing Pinghu in the future!"

"Specially brought two dogs from the family to experience the wheat field Daoge family holiday house, the overall experience far exceeded expectations! The most surprising thing is that this large lawn, the ground is flat and open, there are no obstacles, dogs can rest assured to run, chase the Frisbee, and release their energy as much as possible. The two mane-haired children were rolling on the grass and had a great time. Finally, they could lock the dog in the room without having to be able to. The outdoor terrace area is very comfortable.
