GGuest UserThe self-check-in keypad lock was convenient and easy to find; the guesthouse was clean, spacious, and bright; the facilities were complete and new; the host was exceptionally kind—I requested a guesthouse with a toilet, and he arranged a three-bedroom, two-bathroom one for me. Any problems were handled immediately via WeChat; a new coat hanger was delivered the night before my clothes broke, and fruit was provided upon check-in; food delivery was available directly to my door without needing an elevator access card. However, I was unlucky as there was construction going on nearby, and they were working through the night, so my sleep was mediocre. The host offered to change my room, but it was a bit far from my current room, and it was too late; I was taking the high-speed train early the next morning, so I decided against it. Overall, the value for money was good, and this host's place is worth staying at.

Yesterday, I just entered the hotel lobby, and the front desk handed me a tray with hot towels and two cups of hot tea, so that we had the warmth of going home all the way. After checking in, the ID card was also carefully covered with a protective cover. The front desk also told us that if you are not satisfied with the room, you can check out for free within 30 minutes. If you encounter problems, WeChat asks. Answer all questions, meticulous and thoughtful. Intimately ask us whether to wash our hair, do you want conditioner? Do you want disposable bath towels? If you don't want to use bathroom towels. Even changing laundry can send a robot to the door to receive the laundry room, and the staff put it in the washing machine for us to wash and dry before the robot returns it. 35 square meters, less than 200 room rates can achieve such an extreme service, must be five-star praise. The hotel does not provide breakfast, but contact the front desk after waking up, the robot will send white porridge pickles tea eggs to the room, very satisfied. When checking out, the front desk also asked if you want to bring two bottles of water to drink on the road, and the small details reflect the warm heart. If you have to say something lacking, it is that there is insufficient parking space, you can park seven or eight cars at the entrance of the hotel. Before I checked in, I still doubted that those praises would be brushed out. The actual praises were true and worthwhile.

DDavid AyrI cannot begin to tell you how great this hotel is. But before I try to, I will say - it is not a expensive 5-start hotel but at any such hotel you would never receive the friendliness and helpfulness that you can receive at this hotel. The staff helped me in many ways, finding the historical sites, for transport, and for buying clothes. All the staff are excellent, from the young women on reception, the security men, and the manager Yang Ying. The hotel is clean, my room specious, the breakfast is good and nutritious. All in all, good value for money and, very importantly, a friendly and helpful atmosphere. If you want to see the Red Culture and history of Ruijin it is very close (30 minutes walk) to the Yeping revolutionary site so it is very convenient. I would absolutely recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there and I hope to persuade my friends to come with me to Ruijin and if so - this is where would stay.

CcandyfeiThis room type is more convenient for family trips. The hotel is located in Hongdu Square, the core business district, the surrounding area is very prosperous, dining and shopping are more convenient. Not far from the core attractions, basically within 10 minutes by taxi. The suite includes two rooms, the inner one is a bedroom, the outside has a small living space, and the bathroom is dry and wet.

GGuest UserThis hotel really exceeded expectations! The room was very clean and tidy, I felt very comfortable as soon as I entered, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept very well. Although the facilities are not luxurious, they are well maintained and easy to use. The most surprising thing is the price/performance ratio. This price can live in such an environment and service, which is really worth it! The staff is also very enthusiastic and responsive.
