YYuhangyuanAn absolutely delightful stay! The hotel's service is truly textbook perfect. We arrived early but were still able to check in smoothly, which was a wonderful surprise. The staff's service was superb. The room's decor was minimalist yet cozy, and the bedding, from an imported brand, felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was huge, and the double vanity design was incredibly convenient. A pre-sleep soak in the tub was so relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered fresh ingredients, hot stir-fries, and freshly prepared local specialty dishes for the salad bar – the quality was amazing, definitely worth the price! The room layout was well-designed, with distinct areas for work and relaxation, allowing for comfortable work without disturbing rest. The soundproofing was excellent; we enjoyed a quiet environment even in the city center. The staff were professional and efficient; both check-in and check-out were quick. They also offered complimentary tea and coffee, which was a perfect stress-reliever during work breaks. The value for money is outstanding – this is definitely the place to choose for business travel!

BBrian_034I stayed here for one night while visiting my wife's hometown. When I arrived to check in, the front desk staff seemed shy and intimidated. I'm a foreigner, and I think their English was very limited. They only spoke to my wife and never really looked at me. The room was very modern, in fact, a bit too modern. Everything was automated, even the curtains. I spent 10 to 15 minutes trying to figure out how everything worked. Unfortunately, the section of the city where the hotel is located experienced several power failures while I was there. Whenever the power went out and came back on, my automated room would reset to the default settings. I also found several hairs and what appeared to be a spot of blood on one of my pillows. Finding that made me question the cleanliness of my room. Ultimately, I decided to check out a day early and relocate to another hotel down the road, where I had a much better experience. (Please see the photos for the funny English spellings!)

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. Convenient location, convenient travel, warm and thoughtful front desk service. The breakfast is also very delicious 😋 The overall price is high, the stay experience is very good, I will choose this next time I travel, it is recommended to stay.

GGuest UserThis was our second time staying at this hotel, visiting family and doing some sightseeing with my family of three. The environment and location are both quite good. We originally considered the Wyndham, but this hotel is newer. They even have robots deliver food to your room! However, I really have to complain about a few things. The shower water temperature was all over the place – sometimes scorching hot, almost boiling, and then suddenly freezing cold, constantly fluctuating. It was really frustrating. There's a master switch that turns off all the lights in the room, but it also turns off the air conditioning. I woke up at 3 AM sweating and had to get up to turn it back on. The soundproofing is also quite poor; you can hear noises from both across the hall and next door. Perhaps it's a business hotel, so not having a child safety barrier is understandable, but it would be great if they could add one, as it's not a high-cost item.

From the beginning of the door, the service of the front desk lady was particularly warm and thoughtful, the check-in speed was super fast, and the surrounding food and play guides were intimately informed. The room was clean and tidy to surprise, the sheets and bedding were fragrant, the facilities were very complete, and the details of the smart toilet and small refrigerator were all extra points. The breakfast is super rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste is very good. Stayed for a few days, every day the staff cleaned carefully, and helped with the luggage when leaving the store. It was really heartwarming! I will definitely choose this one next time I come here!

2) If you forget your room card when you go out at night, the waiter will issue you an extra room card after verifying your identity
3) If there are any items left behind when checking out, we will do our best to help you retrieve them
4) The room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, everything is great

GGuest UserThis hotel is great, highly recommended! It's clean and hygienic with five-star service. The location is super convenient for getting anywhere, right in the heart of the city. At night, there's a street full of snack stalls, so you'll never have to worry about late-night munchies.

CCVFI had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place
