AAnonymous UserI have stayed in the best homestay, the boss is really very, very good, very sentimental.
1. I have been chatting with the boss before I came. I asked this and that. The boss was very enthusiastic to answer. I felt embarrassed to be polite, so I brought Yunnan and Hunan specialties to the boss. People are mutual.
2. The boss’s cooking sentence is good. My friend and I bought the dishes for the boss to make. I dare to say that it is 10 times better than the outside. Hahaha, I sincerely suggest that you try the boss’s craftsmanship. After eating, I have been talking to us about life and ideals. During the chat, we also sent us beer. The money for the processing materials also reduced me by 20 yuan.
3. Because we came here in the off-season, the boss upgraded us to the best room. We can see the sunrise from the room early in the morning, which is great.
4. The breakfast boss gave us free, and hot juice, really special care.

GGuest UserPicture 1 is the exterior view of the hotel. It is in an excellent location. You can reach the sunrise viewing spot on the East Cliff Cliff in 15 minutes on foot. Picture 2 is the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows of the room. The sun shines like gold on the blue sea, the road is winding, and there are two or three fishing boats. You can stay in a daze all day. Picture 3 shows Chinese breakfast, there are also Western options, and there are a variety of coffees you can order. I like this B&B very much.

GGuest UserThe B&B has a pier pick-up service which is very convenient. The B&B staff are very enthusiastic and the room is very clean. The experience is really good. I must say that the chef in the B&B cooks really delicious food. The cats in the cat house are also super cute.

LLanlinlucyThis guesthouse, perched on a hill, seems to be quite popular with influencers, featuring many Instagrammable photo spots. Both the rooms and the restaurant boast floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, with the rooms directly facing the Rainbow Lighthouse. The restaurant's view is also fantastic; having breakfast with that sea view in the morning is incredibly enjoyable. Unfortunately, the weather on our first day was terrible, with strong winds and heavy rain, which completely dampened my enthusiasm for taking photos. I imagine it would be amazing to visit in the summer! The in-room amenities were a bit lacking; perhaps to maintain a stylish look, there weren't many power outlets. However, the service attitude was absolutely superb—they were always ready to help. They even gave plenty of advice to us fishing novices who were enthusiastic but unskilled. I must also mention the free pick-up and drop-off service, which saved us a good amount of money, considering that taxi fares on Shengshan and Gouqi Islands can be quite expensive. The recommended driver was also very nice. I'd definitely come back in the summer just for this level of service!

RRares MAn excellent stay on Shengshan Island. Before we even arrived, the owner already contacted us on WeChat with information about our stay and gave us very comprehensive tips for our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, next to the boat port, the main entry onto Shengshan, and it is just across it. The owner was waiting for us when we arrived off the boat and helped us get our luggage. They have a very convenient luggage lift which means that you don't have to lug anything up the stairs. The hotel feels clean, luxurious, comfy and homely at the same time. It is a family run hotel and the reception is very warm. Our room was very clean and everything that was needed was provided. The view was spectacular from our room (image provided). The bed was very comfy and the lounger was perfect for watching the sea within the comfort of your room. The pool downstairs is great to cool off after a day out exploring. The breakfast provided was very nice and simple, some youtiao (Chinese fried dough, similar to churros), soy milk and sweet and savoury buns.
All in all an excellent experience, and we thank the hosts for everything.

GGuest UserI booked a Greek style room. The room is not big. It is a bit damp and cold in the mountain, but it is warmer with the air conditioner. The hotel has two buildings of different styles. The Moroccan style is the main building. It is said that the rooms are bigger and the facilities are better. The restaurant and lobby are here, which is very good for taking photos. There is a large range of outdoor activities, provided the weather is good. I hope the hotel will get better and better, and the comfort of the bedding and the smart toilet can be upgraded. The housekeeper is very good. If you need anything, tell her on WeChat, and she can also help call a taxi.

SshhzhaoyuIt is located in Shengshan Island Fishing Port, about 10 minutes walk from the passenger terminal. The windows of the sea view room have only single-layer sound insulation. If there are fishing boats coming back from fishing at night, it will be a little noisy, but it is really interesting to watch.

CChuxia778The homestay is in the countryside. It is quiet at night to hear insects and frogs. The decoration of the homestay is very comfortable and the room is very good. It is more than enough to sleep two big and two small, and there is a balcony.
I smelled the room and my family felt okay. Pushing open the balcony door, the outside is full of the smell of fertilizer that has just been irrigated for crops, disgusting. Eating around is unpalatable and expensive, it is recommended to rent a car to the county to eat.
The room was obviously with breakfast. I came down in the morning and asked that I was not prepared and needed to book in advance. Remember. Although there is a small sign that says, but the check-in is not reminded, it cost 90 yuan to take out. We didn't ask for the 20 yuan beach coupon for the reservation, and they didn't think it was.
In summary, there is no service, the experience is average, and I will not go again.
