The housekeeper did not complain about the twists and turns before the trip and was very friendly. "After the typhoon, I decided to go to Shengsi, which I had always longed for. Before placing the order, I was very confused about which hotel to choose, but I didn’t expect that there was a new hotel that had just been renovated and opened! Decisive to try it, hahahaha. The result was much better than I expected. We were picked up at the pier and our luggage was free, as if it wasn't our own. The environment was really great and completely in line with my aesthetic. I really liked the room and it felt safe to curl up in bed and watch the projection. Take a bath at night and look at the night sea outside the window. Although the sea was not blue when I came, I was really healed by the room! Let me praise the service again. They picked up and dropped off your luggage, delivered it to your room, and provided welcome fruit and red wine. It was great to have everything catered to. It's a new business, so everything is great! Worth it!"

For me was really big surprise that near Shanghai have such a small and cute place.
We choose this hotel because of the pool. It’s was so amazing to open balcony and see u private pool. Actually one pool is sharing between 2 room but nobody swim, so everything was only for us.
Also the staff in the hotel is helpful, helped with booking tickets, explained about islands, took us to show bioluminescent plankton.
Could be nice if hotel provide one free coffee for breakfast (now need to pay) and some international food (was traditional chinese breakfast)"

The rooms were brand new and fully equipped, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. Whether gazing out from the balcony or lounging in bed, the expansive sea view was breathtaking. We could enjoy the sunrise early in the morning and a sky full of stars at night – the view was truly impeccable. The owner is beautiful and kind, and she and the owner are very good at conversation. The guesthouse staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful.
This short trip coincided with our wedding anniversary, and the owner thoughtfully arranged a small surprise for us. The attention to detail was incredibly heartwarming, and the overall experience far exceeded our expectations. We are extremely grateful.

It feels great! The items in the room are neatly arranged, very warm and feel at home. Let me talk about it again. The owner of this homestay is very warm. After we get off the bus, the boss will pick us up in person. He also picks heavy luggage for us. He is very patient and careful to help us explain the surrounding attractions. "The hotel is located in the core area of Shengsi Island, adjacent to Qin Park. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the beach by electric car. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the morning and evening. There are complete restaurants and convenience stores around. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to Lizhushan Pier, with convenient transportation.
The room is spacious and clean, and you can watch the sunset. The latex mattress and down pillow are really comfortable, and the shower water pressure is sufficient.
The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and professional, and gave away fruit, which is very sweet. The 24-hour free laundry room and dryer are very practical for island tours!
The breakfast is very rich, including tofu brain, seafood noodles, Western salad, unlimited seafood shrimp, razor clams, and conchs. The best meal in Shengsi is the hotel breakfast. There is enough water in the room, and there are cold drinks in the refrigerator.

1. I have been chatting with the boss before I came. I asked this and that. The boss was very enthusiastic to answer. I felt embarrassed to be polite, so I brought Yunnan and Hunan specialties to the boss. People are mutual.
2. The boss’s cooking sentence is good. My friend and I bought the dishes for the boss to make. I dare to say that it is 10 times better than the outside. Hahaha, I sincerely suggest that you try the boss’s craftsmanship. After eating, I have been talking to us about life and ideals. During the chat, we also sent us beer. I have always wanted to have a chance to visit Shengsi, the easternmost part of the motherland, to see the sunrise and sunset. I chose Wind Villa because it only takes ten minutes to walk to the East Cliff Cliff to watch the sunrise, and it is very close to the No Man's Village and Xiyang Bay to watch the sunset. In addition, you can watch the sunset and the waves of the sea by sitting in front of the floor-to-ceiling window in the room. We brought our kids to Gouqi Island for the weekend and stayed at this guesthouse – it was fantastic! The location is super convenient, right by the sea with several free beaches downstairs, perfect for kids. You can enjoy sea views and a sea breeze right from your room. The room was clean and tidy, very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing facing the sea was excellent. The owner was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Before we even arrived, they recommended sightseeing routes and helped us arrange a driver. When we got to the guesthouse, they even helped us with our luggage. We could ask them anything we needed, and the whole trip was completely hassle-free.

Victor RUWe had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break.
This is what I liked:
- buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min)
- they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure
- hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant
- everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening
- good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot
- there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early
- hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services!
- hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai
- small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;)
- other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China?

Guest UserOverall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, and the rooms had great views, with sea views right from the balcony. The front desk and butler services were excellent, with prompt communication and shuttle arrangements, which made things much easier. The breakfast selection wasn't particularly extensive, but the food was delicious and replenished promptly. The public areas and pool were great for taking photos, making it a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. I would definitely stay here again.

The host was incredibly warm and thoughtful, and communication was a breeze. The location is super convenient for getting around, and the whole place felt cozy and comfortable. Excellent value for money, a perfect stay, and definitely worth coming back to.
A special shout-out to the owner, who was so welcoming and considerate. Right after I booked, they called to offer travel tips, which was a huge help since it was my first time in Shengsi. There are also two adorable dogs in the courtyard. In the evenings, a few of us young people had drinks and chatted about life – I've never felt so relaxed. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again!
