"Overall, it was a good experience. The room was spacious, the bed was large, and the service was excellent. The only minor issue was the water heater; you had to turn it on quite a while before showering to get hot water. Otherwise, no complaints."

"The hotel is located in the core area of Shengsi Island, adjacent to Qin Park. It takes only 5 minutes to reach the beach by electric car. It is very pleasant to take a walk in the morning and evening. There are complete restaurants and convenience stores around. It takes about 15 minutes to take a taxi to Lizhushan Pier, with convenient transportation. The room is spacious and clean, and you can watch the sunset. The latex mattress and down pillow are really comfortable, and the shower water pressure is sufficient. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and professional, and gave away fruit, which is very sweet. The 24-hour free laundry room and dryer are very practical for island tours! The breakfast is very rich, including tofu brain, seafood noodles, Western salad, unlimited seafood shrimp, razor clams, and conchs. The best meal in Shengsi is the hotel breakfast. There is enough water in the room, and there are cold drinks in the refrigerator. The public areas and rooms are cleaned very cleanly. The price is slightly higher in peak season, and the hotel also has a reading area and a fitness area."

They can play games without leaving the room, creating a great atmosphere. The cleanliness is excellent; the floors, bedding, and tabletops are spotless and odorless. Amenities such as a bedside phone and tissue box are provided, and the facilities are new and in good working order. Overall, it's excellent value for money and highly recommended for families with children. Both the facilities and the environment are perfect for family trips, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time!"

"The large villa, boasting a prime beachfront location, was simply breathtaking. Opening the window immediately offered stunning sea views. Nantangtu Beach is just a stone's throw away, with its incredibly soft sand and gentle waves – the vast, azure ocean felt like it was all ours! We had a fantastic time on the beach with the kids, playing in the surf, going out to sea, and even trying out an amphibious vehicle. The hotel's own water park was a huge hit with the little ones, offering swimming, water slides, and a wave pool for some surfing fun! We instantly felt the pure joy of a beach holiday; a whole day wasn't nearly enough to enjoy everything. The villa itself was wonderfully designed, immaculately clean, and luxuriously appointed, with everything very well-maintained. We'll definitely choose the Ramada Hotel again for our next visit to Shengsi – it truly delivered a complete and immersive holiday experience."

"After the typhoon, I decided to go to Shengsi, which I had always longed for. Before placing the order, I was very confused about which hotel to choose, but I didn’t expect that there was a new hotel that had just been renovated and opened! Decisive to try it, hahahaha. The result was much better than I expected. We were picked up at the pier and our luggage was free, as if it wasn't our own. The environment was really great and completely in line with my aesthetic. I really liked the room and it felt safe to curl up in bed and watch the projection. Take a bath at night and look at the night sea outside the window. Although the sea was not blue when I came, I was really healed by the room! Let me praise the service again. They picked up and dropped off your luggage, delivered it to your room, and provided welcome fruit and red wine. It was great to have everything catered to. It's a new business, so everything is great! Worth it!"

"This stay coincided with the typhoon. The hotel is located on a cliff on the island, away from the noise of the village. Although I didn't meet the island's most classic blue sky and blue sea, and I didn't wait for the fine weather in the clear sky, the rainy day gave it another beauty. Sitting in the hotel, looking at the sea and rain outside the window, even the impetuous heart slowly quieted down on weekdays. It turned out that the island has no blue sky and the sea, and quietness itself is also a rare scenery. The privacy of the hotel is also very good. Each room is a separate building, retaining a good sense of distance between each other, which is very suitable for people who want to have a little solitude and stay away from the crowd for a short time. The room is very comfortable Loft design, the living room and bedroom are naturally partitioned, like living in a real small home, different spaces have different atmospheres. Especially want to praise the choice of mattress, it really belongs to ”lie down”, too friendly for people who usually have difficulty falling asleep. The restaurant is one that must be praised separately in this stay. I really want to give the chef a bonus! The whole is a blend of cuisine, which can eat the fresh flavor of the island itself, but also taste the cuisine of different regions, and even eat the familiar hometown taste on the island far from home. "We had a lovely stay at Sea Cliff Hotel for May 1st break. This is what I liked: - buying ship ticket for May holiday was mission impossible, starting with Tickets App not accepting foreign passports. Hotel helped me with arranging the tickets both ways, even after there were no tickets online (sold out in 20 min) - they arranged a pick us up on arrival and brought us back to the pier on departure - hotel has an excellent sea view location, very silent and sea centric rooms, same for restaurant - everything is modern, I specifically liked ability to share Apple screens on TV in the room, great way to review photos and watch own movies in the evening - good breakfast 8 to 9AM, you can come 8:45 and enjoy a late breakfast as well; we also had late lunch in hotel restaurant on arrival, great food, great to seat outside, flexible working hours (not closed 14-17!), actually I liked their meals more than what we had on the main beach top restaurant, finally reception can brew you a coffee though bit hot - there is 20 min walk from the hotel for a great bay and coffee place to watch sunset, excellent experience and no need to wake up early - hotel was always online on WeChat to address any issues or questions, including how to organize a day, fantastic services! - hotel has own beach area, looks like good to swim, I will consider for summer, water is clean on the island, and this is just couple of hours from Shanghai - small drawback: fishing boats pass by from early morning, this may disturb your morning sleep ;) - other thing the bed is a bit too hard for my back, but where did you see soft beds in China? Overall: highly recommended!"

"We stayed in a suite for three nights, checking in on June 1st. The room itself was generally good. However, the housekeeping staff clearly needs more training and improvement in their basic procedures and standards. On our first day, only one coffee packet was provided, which was inconvenient for two guests. The next day, there were no coffee packets at all, and we had to call the front desk to get two delivered. On the third day, the trash bin in the bedroom wasn't emptied. When I went to brush my teeth that evening, I found one toothbrush missing, while an extra comb was left. This meant I couldn't brush my teeth that night or the following morning, which was a terrible experience. These consecutive errors highlight how careless and unprofessional the staff's work is. There's a clear lack of proper checking and review in room cleaning, and this needs a thorough overhaul."
