住在馬路一側的陽台房，隔音非常不好，除了白天能聽到馬路上車輛通過的聲音以外，晚上睡覺窗外一直有嗡嗡嗡的機器噪音。浴缸房間的窗簾不知道是不能開還是怎樣，開關一直沒有反應，導致白天房間裏很暗影響觀景，黑乎乎的也讓人覺得不乾淨的樣子。作為五星服務標準的酒店，竟然不提供小童的床圍欄，早餐種類也較少。返程路上隨意翻看小紅書才知道還提供泡腳水服務，但是沒有服務人員主動告知，套餐裏的咖啡代金券也是我們這邊主動問了才給。停車場不是酒店專用，而且沒有見到幾個充電樁，看有一小片還在施工，估計在提升吧。 但是整體設施還是不錯的，床品很舒服，晚上單點的菜品味道十分在線，值得好評，前台的小姐姐包括大廳工作人員見到都會主動打招呼，感覺很温暖。
