1.前台服務態度差：我定了9個房間，攜程下單前頁面顯示一起訂含早餐，我以為是全部含早的，結果下單後詳情裏點開來看才知道有2個房間居然是沒有早餐的太坑了！然後我提前一天打電話過去，前台説可以幫我申請進去。結果我第二天到酒店辦入住時前台又告訴我不能給我申請！訂9個房間連4份早餐都不願意送！！出爾反爾態度還不好！還吹牛説他們家的早餐多麼好！從來沒有碰到過這麼差勁的酒店服務！早餐收了我58一個人，實際價值也就30塊吧！2.早餐的阿姨服務態度差：因為早餐品種很少，我朋友沒吃其他的就覺得餛飩好吃，就想再去要一碗，結果阿姨可能看她拿過了就不想再給她。我簡直無語了！早餐不送硬讓我付錢也就算了，居然還不能多吃一碗餛飩？？？第一次碰到如此惡劣且摳門的酒店！3.房間衞生欠佳：床上居然爬出一衹蟑螂！雖然聯繫前台給我換了房間，但是入住體驗感真的是大打折扣！如果去遂昌不會再去這家酒店！
