GGuest UserThe stay experience was very satisfactory, the hotel environment was clean and comfortable, the room facilities were complete, and the overall was quiet and warm. The most surprising thing is the intimate and thoughtful service, the staff is warm and patient, and the response is timely. Traveling outside clothes is inconvenient to wash, the laundry service provided by the hotel is very intimate, the staff comes to collect clothes, wash and ironing and return to the room on time, clean and tidy and worry-free. The whole service is meticulous and in place, reflecting the intentions everywhere, greatly improving the stay experience, whether it is a business trip or a trip, it is very suitable, highly recommended.

GGuest UserHeavy snow, high-speed road closures, difficult national roads and provincial roads to the hotel at 9pm.
The hotel is in Suizhou Development Zone, the hotel is very new, the consistent Vienna hotel style. Clean and tidy, the room is very warm.
The service is very good and responsive.
Breakfast is OK, although the dishes are not many, but taste good. In the cold winter, you can eat a hot breakfast, not bad.
Hotel location is a bit biased, but very quiet.

The location is right next to the train station, the travel is very convenient, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the front desk service is warm, the check-in efficiency is very high, the price is very close to the people, I will choose here next time I come here.

AAnonymous UserThe decoration style of this hotel is relatively classical, new Chinese style, and the decoration materials are solid. The room we booked has two 1.5-meter beds, which is more comfortable! The room is not small in size, with carpets throughout the house, and the facilities are relatively complete. Some electrical appliances can be controlled by Xiaodu smart, there is a projector, a refrigerator, the pillows and mattresses are usable, and the merchant thoughtfully gave me a fruit plate. It would be better if the light-colored chaise longue is cleaned promptly. I wish you a prosperous business!

The staff's enthusiastic service makes you feel warm. The hotel also provides a rich buffet breakfast. The sky garden on the third floor is very unique and the scenery is beautiful. It made me feel relaxed and very satisfied!

There are barbecue restaurants all around, so it's convenient for eating, drinking, and having fun. I can stay here again next time I come to WaYaWa.
